Why is it this episode is prominent in my memory? I can always find it quickly because I remember that Brent Spiner is one of the starring characters in the episode.
My memory is artificial. Is this episode prominent in my artificial memory because it is an important detail for me to think over in great detail in the future after that detail was created in my artificial memory from 1998?
Is that detail a converted memory that I used to write about? I used to write about how the context was lost from my memory and my mind converted that detail or details into the context of the greater sense of my artificial memory. An example of a converted memory is what I recently wrote about being on the summit of Stampede Pass and not knowing how I got there. I cannot reconcile with my memory of that time with having an automobile that I would have driven up and that causes a conflict with my memory. What that makes me wonder about is how many other details in my memory have been adjusted by my mind to make sense. The detail about standing there at Stampede Pass, probably intentionally, I cannot reconcile with details in my artificial memory. Just such details are probably why I became aware in the first place that I have artificial memory.

Control Voice: At what point does a human being's free will cease to exist? And if we have forfeited our free will... are we still human?
Those dumbass programmers at Imdb.com. They still have not, after several months, solved the search ambiguity in their Advanced Search page with the release dates for United States titles. I first noticed the problem, which remains reproducible to this day, with the title for the 1993 film "RoboCop 3" and searching for United States titles that premiered 11/5/1993 does not return a listing for that film. That issue affects "The Outer Limits" titles also because the first premiere date they have listed for Canada.
