As though the Julian Jaynes bicameral gods are telling me - non-verbally - stories that I will discover in the future. That's a contradiction, however, to the concept Julian Jaynes expertly describes in his book. I am extending his concept about what happened to the people of ancient times and adapting to my own personal observations about my own personal experiences and I am suggesting that everyone today is affected by the notion I theorize. Far as I know, Jaynes never tried to suggest that the human species - past and present - have some sort of "back door" vulnerability to foreign influence by extraterrestrial intelligence. And I am not suggesting E.T. is here *now* and is still mind-controlling people to do stuff they would not have done anyway. Rather, I am more inclined to accept the fictional notion established in tangible form under the name James Corey and his "protomolecule". The human species forced into a collective consciousness by an alien race but they created it more than a billion years ago so don't take it personally.

Compelled to try to restart "Travelers" and watch beyond episode 4 so I restarted Netflix
First, I had to watch that recent production "Leave the World Behind"
It's not that bad.
The scene with G.H. arriving at the vacant Huxleys house is brilliantly suspensful.
Paused it now to wonder if there is anything particular for me about this calendar-day today, 01/24/2024
So you know that that means.
And I'm thinking again of what the real meaning of this blog should be. My blog-posts should focus on the non-obvious of my own personal choices and how improbable those seem in the fantasy of this whole grand scheme of things
There just isn't a whole very lot of that, however. I don't go anywhere anymore. I took out the trash. Other than that, I've been here in this apartment for many days without leaving, maybe since the previous week when I last took out the trash for the scheduled day it's retrieved by the city. If not for that then I would have not been outside in over two weeks or more
I wrote all the lines above here *before* I began to examine my original work code pattern for any details that might seem compelling AND I DID MAKE compelling observations, detailed and illustrated here now
I am trying to form this blog-post in the order of the cognitive process in my mind today as I watch this video. Probably not going to restart "Travelers" today. Probably tomorrow.
I have it paused now with 01 hour 23 minutes remaining
Because I worked on it and BECAUSE I worked on it only because of "Travelers" I had to think of the 1994 "Star Trek Generations" and then "Star Trek: First Contact".
As I have explained before, I - and only I - have reasonable cause to try to find meaning personal to those productions and others

This sounds very interesting. In my memory of taking Physics my Senior year at Ashdown, I remember being very interested in the class, but we didn’t cover such an interesting topic.

I actually do remember... something... I can’t explain it. It feels that I am holding an unmarked, undistinguishable book that I don’t know the name of or the contents but I know I have read it already.

A few minutes ago I started thinking that maybe I started at Princeton University in 1972. I would have been 13 at the time as Thomas Ray. I remember that Kerry Burgess started first grade in 1972. But then I decided that I probably started Princeton earlier than 1972 and maybe 1972 was the year I completed my first major degree. Or 1972 doesn’t really mean anything in particular to Thomas Ray; rather it is there for continuity sake for the life of Kerry Burgess.

Also, "Salesman." I saw that in a dream while sleeping recently. I saw myself going through an induction process in the United States Marine Corps and I woke up understanding that I was dreaming of my actual experience in 1990. I saw a document that indicated I was being inducted to the United States Marine Corps with the officer grade of Chief Warrant Officer 2. I saw in the dream another document associated with my induction and that document indicated I had been assigned the informal name "Salesman."
