May 4, 2005, was the day I went to the Kent Police department for help. I named George W. Bush specifically as one of the people harassing me. The policeman didn’t ask me any questions. He dumped me off at the St. Francis hospital in Federal Way where the first thing they did was secretly drug my food. I found it very hard to restrain the urge to laugh shortly after I had eaten.

Back in the year 2003 I wrote a letter on my computer at home and I printed it out on to paper and I put that letter in a stamped envelope for the postal service and I sent that letter through the United States Postal Service. I had the envelope of the letter addressed specifically to the Chief of Operations United States Navy and I referenced a special projects branch I had found on the internet.
I mailed the letter to the Chief of Operations United States Navy and told them I should have received the Silver Star.

As I was trying to go to sleep last night, I had a thought that I have a doctorate in computer science from Princeton. I can’t think of any supporting clues that point specifically to that accomplishment though. There is one memory from working in the lockbox at that bank in Charlotte, but I’m not sure what it means. I also wonder about the B.A. and I had thoughts that I studied music as well at Princeton.

The President. This morning Director Porter Goss offered his resignation as the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency. I've accepted it.
During the course of his tenure, I've established a very close personal relationship with Porter, which is very important for the Director of the CIA. He's spent a lot of time here in the Oval Office. He's told me—he's given me his candid advice. I appreciate his integrity. I appreciate the honor in which—that he brought to the job.
Porter's tenure at the CIA was one of transition. He's helped this Agency become integrated into the intelligence community, and that was a tough job. And he's led ably. He's got a 5-year plan to increase the number of analysts and operatives, which is going to help make this country a safer place and help us win the war on terror. He's instilled a sense of professionalism. He honors the proud history of the CIA, an organization that is known for its secrecy in accountability. I am confident that his successor will continue the reforms that he's put in place, and as a result, this country will be more secure.
We've got to win the war on terror, and the Central Intelligence Agency is a vital part of that war. And so I want to thank you for your service.

I remember so vividly that day.
I have wondered many times about that specific day back in March 2004.
I remember renting a moving truck and putting my beloved Jeep Wrangler on a full trailer that I towed behind it.
I remember I was exhausted from moving out all my furniture by myself.
I had a large sectional leather sofa, a king size bed, lots of computers and stuff, and two heavy-ass tube televisions including one that I loaded last thinking it must weigh 700 pounds, among other stuff.
I remember in these past years wondering about how I moved everything on the 1st of the month, instead of the last day of February.
I worked all day moving that stuff and I remember driving through the night from Redmond near Seattle all the way across the state to Spokane on the east side of the state.
I stopped at an interstate highway rest stop in Idaho just outside of Coeur d'Alene and I slept a few hours in the driver's seat of that rental truck.
I was waiting for the storage building business in Coeur d'Alene to open that day, the 2nd.
I then checked in that day to the Crossland Hotel where I was living when I successfully completed the Ironman Coeur d'Alene on Sunday 27 June 2004.
Cannot recall the precise day I moved from the Crossland.
I moved back to Seattle and to the suburb of Kent. I must have moved in there in maybe late August or early September 2004. I left all my stuff in the storage locker in Idaho.
The first calendar day after that I have evidence of now is 6/11/2005, which was the day I went to the Redmond City police, which was a few yards away from that apartment I moved out of on 3/1/2004.

One possible reason is because my birthday was 3/3/76 and I was in space on my mission to the comet. I wonder if this was around the time that I rejected their calls for me to return to Earth to have my spacecraft repaired so I could try again.

That is another, kind humorous actually, reason why George W. Bush is so deranged about torturing me. He knows that I flew a jet in combat with our Vietnamese allies - when I was 12 years old - while he used his daddy's connections, as usual, to support his coward lifestyle.

I keep finding myself thinking that my family was very angry to find out that I had been flying in combat with the Vietnamese Air Force. I am thinking that is the source of some of those "memories" I wrote about earlier, where I got in trouble a few times for something. I am thinking also that I lied to my family about my participation with the South Vietnamese military.

For the first time, NASA's Galileo spacecraft flew close to Jupiter's moon Callisto this morning (Nov. 4), passing within 1,104 kilometers (686 miles) of the stark, crater-studded natural satellite at 13:34 Universal Time (5:34 a.m. Pacific Standard Time).
The flyby was by far the closest any spacecraft has ever come to Callisto, the outermost of the four big moons orbiting Jupiter

I remember that day so well.
Of all the storage unit establishments I could have chosen.
I CHOSE THAT ONE!
I have no memory of knowing what was on that street where that storage unit facility is located.
The place might have been new. Can't recall any details but I am left with the sense that place was new construction back in the year 2004.
None of that was deciding factor in my choice.
I have no memory of knowing anything about that location until I arrived there that day in 2004.
There are more storage unit businesses on the map that I can count.
So why there?
I wasn't even planning on moving to Coeur d'Alene.
I was possibly going to find an apartment in Spokane Valley once I found a new job.
I never even got called in for interviews.
I can remember so well that day 3/1/2004.
I drove 300 miles across the state of Washington and I moved into that long-term hotel the Crossland on Sprague in Spokane Valley.
For some reason, I chose a storage unit for my stuff that was about 25 miles from where I was staying.

By virtue of the authority vested in me as President of the United States and as Commander in Chief of the armed forces of the United States, it is hereby ordered as follows:
1. The Bronze Star Medal, with accompanying ribbons and appurtenances, which was first established by Executive Order No. 9419 of February 4, 1944, may be awarded by the Secretary of a military department or the Secretary of the Treasury with regard to the Coast Guard when not operating as a service in the Navy, or by such military commanders, or other appropriate officers as the Secretary concerned may designated to any person who, while serving in any capacity in or with the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, or Coast Guard of the United States, after December 6, 1941, distinguishes, or has distinguished, himself by heroic or meritorious achievement or service, not involving participation in aerial flight-

(c) while serving with friendly foreign forces engaged in an armed conflict against an opposing armed force in which the United States is not a belligerent party.
2. The Bronze Star Medal and appurtenances thereto shall be of appropriate design approved by the Secretary of Defense, and shall be awarded under such regulations as the Secretary concerned may prescribe. Such regulations shall, so far as practicable, be uniform, and those of the military departments shall be subject to the approval of the Secretary of Defense.
3. No more than one Bronze Star Medal shall be awarded to any one person, but for each succeeding heroic or meritorious achievement or service justifying such an award a suitable device may be awarded to be worn with the medal as prescribed by appropriate regulations.

It is with deep regret that I acknowledge your letter of retirement from the Supreme Court effective at such time as a successor is qualified.
Our Nation is deeply indebted to you for your long and distinguished public service. Your courageous leadership in the fight for equal opportunity, exemplified by your brief and oral argument in the landmark case of Brown v. Board of Education, is a powerful example of how one person's commitment to his convictions can shape a nation's attitude on such a fundamental issue.
Your distinguished service to our country, first on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, as our Nation's 33rd Solicitor General, and capped by a great career on the Supreme Court will also be long remembered.

I have today regretfully accepted the resignation of Richard H. Truly as Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
It was almost 3 years ago that I nominated Dick to become Administrator of NASA. As a result of his leadership, NASA is better prepared for the 1990's and beyond. He has established a balanced space program, and he has worked closely with the Vice President in developing our space exploration initiative that begins with Space Station Freedom.
Admiral Truly has now spent 37 years of dedicated public service with lasting and fundamental contributions to the Nation's space program. He has had many significant and historic milestones in his career, but one of the most notable was the way he took over NASA's Office of Space Flight soon after the Challenger tragedy. It was under Dick Truly's able leadership and steady hand that NASA was able to rebuild the space shuttle program and return it to safe operation in 1988.
The Nation owes Admiral Truly a great debt of gratitude, and Barbara joins me at this time in extending to Dick and his family our heartfelt thanks and the admiration and appreciation of our Nation.
Admiral Truly has agreed to remain with NASA until April 1, and the search for a new NASA Administrator has begun. Because of Dick's work, I am confident that we will continue to press forward with an aggressive and innovative civil space program.

It is with deep regret that I accept your resignation from the position of Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
Almost three years ago, I nominated you to become Administrator of NASA. As a result of your leadership, NASA is better prepared for the 1990s and beyond. You have established a balanced NASA program including aeronautics, space science, manned Space Shuttle operations -- including the upcoming addition of the Endeavour -- and robotic space exploration. Working with the Vice President, you developed our Space Exploration Initiative that begins with Space Station Freedom.
Some of the significant and historic milestones in your career include piloting the second flight of the Space Shuttle in 1981 and commanding the first night launch and landing of the Shuttle in 1983. But one of the most notable was the way you took over NASA's Office of Space Flight soon after the Challenger tragedy. Under your leadership, NASA was able to rebuild the Space Shuttle program and return it to safe operation in 1988.

In our nation's space business, I have enjoyed jobs in every corner of it; civilian and military, highly classified and open, flight and management.
In the last six years since I arrived to join the NASA leadership just after the Challenger tragedy, I have watched the talented men and women of this elite agency turn heartbreak and disarray into the impressive achievements and superb organization of today. With 20 safe and successful Shuttle flights in the last 40 months, scientific discoveries pouring in, Space Station Freedom on track, and our wind tunnels testing the airframes and spacecraft of tomorrow, they deserve to be very, very proud. With your support, their opportunities to inspire America's people and drive our country's competitiveness are boundless. Their achievements result from working daily in a fishbowl world of difficult and exacting tasks, tough judgments and carefully balanced risks; not an endeavor which some would have you think has quick, brilliant and easy solutions.
I think that the job of leading these people is the best one in Washington, and I am proud to have had that privilege. Cody and I particularly want to thank you and Barbara for the personal times you have shared with us over the years.

SAN FRANCISCO--Microsoft Chairman Bill Gates announced on Wednesday an update to the company's mobile device operating system as well as the latest version of its speech software.
Gates' announcement came at a conference here, during a speech that followed the European Union's decision to fine the software giant $613 million for violating antitrust law. The EU also ordered the unbundling of Windows Media Player from Microsoft's market-dominating operating system. Gates did not mention the case during his keynote, and representatives said Chief Executive Steve Ballmer was taking the lead on the case. Gates spent Tuesday night working on his presentation.
Gates addressed a combined audience made up of developers attending the VSLive show, the Microsoft Mobile Developer Conference and the Applied Voice Input/Output Society SpeechTek Spring 2004 confab.
"The focus today will be on how mobility-, Web services-, speech- and location-type capabilities are going to come in and be aspects of applications--and yet that can be done using the same tools and languages that (developers) are familiar with," Gates said.
Gates added that all the efforts announced Wednesday are part of a seamless computing theme that involves having information available through applications that connect hardware and software, a goal the company's "record level (research and development) budgets are going after."

The House of Windsor is the reigning royal house of the United Kingdom and the other Commonwealth realms. The dynasty is of German paternal descent and was originally a branch of the House of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, itself derived from the House of Wettin, and it succeeded the House of Hanover to the British monarchy following the death of Queen Victoria, wife of Albert, Prince Consort. On 8 February 1960, after the death of Queen Mary and the resignation of Churchill, the Queen confirmed that she and her children would continue to be known as the House and Family of Windsor, as would any agnatic descendants who enjoy the style of Royal Highness and the title of Prince or Princess.

SIOUX CITY, Iowa — A crippled United Airlines DC-10 crashed a half-mile short of a runway while trying to make an emergency landing Wednesday afternoon, bursting into a cartwheeling fireball that broke into what one eyewitness described as "15,000 pieces" and killing at least 123 of the 293 passengers and crew members on board.
Remarkably, as many as 166 persons survived the violent crash, according to Richard Vohs, a spokesman for Iowa Gov. Terry E. Branstad. The fate of four others was not immediately known.
Tail Engine Explodes
The plane's tail engine exploded before the crash but it was not immediately clear how the explosion contributed to what a Federal Aviation Administration spokesman called "complete hydraulic failure," an occurrence regarded as extremely rare in the wide-bodied DC-10, which has three independent hydraulic systems that operate all the plane's control surfaces on its wings and tail, and landing gear and brakes.
As rescuers worked underneath floodlights to remove bodies from the crash site, original estimates of the death toll--one as high as 190, which would have made the crash the second worst in U.S. history--were reduced.
"We don't have a firm count" of the dead, Vohs acknowledged at a press conference seven hours after the crash. "But right now, the number (of survivors) confirmed is 166."
The survivors of Wednesday's United Flight 232 from Denver to Philadelphia via Chicago included several dozen passengers who managed to walk out of a dark, smoke-filled, upside-down section of the jet after it broke off and came to rest in a tall cornfield off the runway.
"I walked out (through the back of the plane) and found myself in the cornfield," passenger David Landsberger told Cable News Network. "We were all walking around in shock. I just walked through it like it was a dream. I was a little dazed."
"It's the goddamndest thing I ever saw in my life," said Charles Mertz of Castle Rock, Colo., another of those who walked away.

May 4, 2005, was the day I went to the Kent Police department for help. I named George W. Bush specifically as one of the people harassing me. The policeman didn’t ask me any questions. He dumped me off at the St. Francis hospital in Federal Way where the first thing they did was secretly drug my food. I found it very hard to restrain the urge to laugh shortly after I had eaten.
