I never read mainstream-media propaganda-as-news articles about Elon Musk. Scanning headlines, I looked at this article, because it looked like typical bullshit from them that creeps into other news I read
Living on one-dollar day for hot-dogs I knew was simply bullshit from that guy and his load of crap
When *I* read stuff like that from him, it proves one point I suspect: Elon Musk is no billionaire and never has been and never will be. He's paid maybe $60,000 per year to strut around on stage to his blushing fan-boys and reading a script his masters pay him to read.
My guess is that Elon Musk, like Bill Gates, is a puppet for China nationalists, and those clowns are their only avenue for getting their hooks into the USA.

The Douglas DC-3
The Douglas DC-3 was one of the most noteworthy aircraft ever built. It probably did more than any other plane to introduce a whole new segment of the population to air travel and establish air transportation as a normal way of traveling. More than five times as many passenger miles were flown in 1941 than in 1935 in the United States, and much of that can be attributed to the popularity of the DC-3. Douglas also produced a number of military versions that played a vital role around the world, especially in World War II.
The DC-3 was the first airliner to make a profit by carrying just passengers without the support of mail contracts or other forms of government subsidies. Its production, along with continued production of the DC-2 that lasted until September 1939 for the military version, ensured the prosperity and financial soundness of Douglas Aircraft for many years.
This new plane would appear in two versions: a 14-berth sleeper version, the Douglas Sleeper Transport (DST), and a day version, called the DC-3.

The lead prosecutor tasked with overseeing former FBI Director James Comey's prosecution stemming from his post of seashells that the Justice Department claims amounted to a threat against President Donald Trump has withdrawn from the case, according to a court filing.
Matthew Petracca was the lone prosecutor from the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina assigned to the case when it was unsealed late last month.
On Friday evening, however, the Justice Department filed a notice with the court indicating that Petracca has been replaced by assistant U.S. Attorney Timothy Severo.
Judge grants James Comey's request to delay his seashell trial
The department did not include any explanation for the move in the high-profile case.
Comey's attorneys are expected to make a vigorous push to have the case dismissed before it can go to trial through a variety of legal challenges.
A Justice Department spokesperson did not immediately respond to a request for comment from ABC News.
Comey was charged with threatening to kill Trump by posting a photo on Instagram of seashells on a beach arranged in the numbers "86 47." Citing the slang meaning of "86" as to "nix" or "get rid" of something, allies of the president allege that the post was a veiled threat against Trump, who is the 47th president.
James Comey responds to indictment, Trump's 'anti-weaponization' fund for allies
Following backlash over the post, Comey removed the photo from Instagram and said he was unaware that the post could be associated with violence.
Critics of Trump say the indictment is another effort by the administration to punish the president's perceived enemies after a judge last year threw out an indictment against Comey on unrelated charges.

As I think more about the American POW situation during the Vietnam War, I think I was being trained specifically in rescue operations with the U.S. Navy SEALs, as well being a U.S. Navy aviator. I was most likely a commissioned U.S. Navy officer during the Vietnam War, but I put that all behind me in 1978 to try to start over with a regular career for my age. However, based on my past experience with the U.S. military and intellignce agencies, I maintained a higher level of seniority within the United States intelligence agencies, which continues to this day.
So anyway, I think I was captive in North Vietnam more than once, but the worst was at the Hanoi Hilton. I think I actually volunteered to go in there and assess the situation and I stayed in there for a while, possibly for at least 2 months, before I escaped and returned to friendly forces. I have been thinking I escaped at that specific time so I could make it back for the Apollo 16 launch on 4/16/1972, where I was feeling a lot more stressed on that flight than others, bcause I had a very difficult time escaping through hostile territory and they were really plastering me along the way with artillery and mortars.

A former CIA official was arrested last week after FBI agents allegedly found $40 million worth of gold bars at his home while investigating whether he lied about his educational and military background, according to court records and sources familiar with the matter.
David Rush is currently being held in jail while both his defense attorneys and federal prosecutors "gather and evaluate additional information" to assist the court in determining whether he should remain detained, court filings say. They have jointly requested to postpone his detention hearing until June 5 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
In a joint statement from the FBI and CIA, both agencies said that Rush was arrested following a referral from the CIA, after an internal investigation identified "potential violations of law."
The CIA and FBI added they are continuing to investigate the matter.
Jessica Carmichael, a defense attorney representing Rush, declined to comment.
Rush was charged with one count of stealing public money. In an unusual criminal complaint, the FBI accuses Rush of taking the gold bars, "obtaining a fraudulently inflated salary and fraudulently obtaining military leave" and making a litany of false statements about his background. The complaint does not specify exactly what alleged conduct led to the charges.
Between November 2025 and March of this year, Rush allegedly made several requests to the government to obtain large amounts of foreign currency and tens of millions of dollars in gold bars for work-related expenses, the complaint says.
Rush's employer at the time, which sources confirmed was the CIA, was not able to later locate the gold bars or determine their intended use.
When FBI agents searched his home on May 18, they found approximately 303 gold bars, in a value estimated to exceed $40 million, the complaint says. They also recovered $2 million in U.S. currency and 35 luxury watches.
The FBI also accused Rush of lying to the U.S. Navy when he enlisted in 1997 by providing them with transcripts and other records falsely indicating he had earned an undergraduate degree from Clemson University. Because of his ostensible degree, Rush was commissioned as an ensign in the U.S. Navy Reserves in 2004 and was honorably discharged in 2015.
The complaint says he then applied for employment with the federal government three times, citing degrees from Clemson University, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and the Naval Postgraduate School. He also listed those schools when he applied for his security clearance.
Later, in 2018, he submitted an application to enter senior executive service and claimed to be a graduate of the United States Air Force Test Pilot School, as well as the current director of test for a 145-person, 18-aircraft joint Army/Navy weapons test organization, the complaint says.
"The FBI's investigation has revealed that Rush's applications contained false information about his education background and work with the United States military," the sworn statement accompanying the complaint says, noting that he did not graduate from Clemson or RPI, and never served as a pilot for the Navy.
The FBI also accused Rush of telling the government he was in the Navy Reserves even though he had been honorably discharged, allowing him to claim tens of thousands of dollars in compensation for military leave.

WASHINGTON — A former CIA senior officer with top secret-level clearance has been accused of secretly stashing millions of dollars in gold bars in his home that he said he needed for “work-related expenses,” according to court documents and two people familiar with his employment history.
David Rush, who held a management position, was charged with criminal theft of public money in a complaint filed last week in the Eastern District of Virginia. His lawyer didn’t respond to a request for comment.
He was also accused of lying to his employers about his background for nearly two decades.
Asked about Rush’s case, a CIA spokesperson said in a joint statement with the FBI that the FBI had arrested a person after a referral from the agency.
“After a CIA internal investigation identified potential violations of the law, CIA Director John Ratcliffe referred the information to the FBI for a law enforcement investigation,” the written statement said. “The FBI is working closely with our partners at the CIA and the Department of Justice as we continue to investigate this matter fully. We are committed to following the facts, ensuring accountability, and pursuing justice in accordance with the law.”
The case raises questions about the effectiveness of the federal government’s security vetting, which is supposed to ensure intelligence officers or other government employees don’t betray the public trust or spy for foreign countries.
The U.S. government conducts background investigations on every prospective employee at the CIA and other agencies granted access to sensitive and secret information. And after employees are hired, the government continues to monitor their financial activities, travel, credit records and other information through automated checks to ensure they aren’t vulnerable to blackmail.
The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency, which falls under the authority of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, oversees the background check program, known as “continuous vetting.” When the program flags a potential problem or anomaly in an employee’s records, officials investigate further.
It wasn’t clear how the investigation into Rush began, and it also wasn’t clear when he left the CIA. His home was raided last week.
Rush applied to work with the government three times; in his first application, he said he graduated from Clemson University in 2000. In his second application, he added that he had a graduate degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
On his third try, in 2009, he succeeded, and he included those degrees and an aircraft test from the U.S. Naval Test Pilot School, according to court documents. In applications for promotions, he said he’d been a thesis adviser at the Air Force Institute of Technology. Rush also told employers he was a pilot for the Navy.
None of it was true, according to the charges; he didn’t graduate from the schools, and investigators say the Federal Aviation Administration doesn’t have a certificate or a pilot’s license registered to Rush.
From November through March, Rush made several requests for funds, including for foreign currency and tens of millions of dollars in gold bars, according to an affidavit filed in federal court by an FBI agent investigating the case.
In a storage space near his office, investigators found only a portion of the funds. On May 18, federal agents searched Rush’s home and seized roughly 300 gold bars worth more than $40 million, court documents said. Agents also seized about $2 million in U.S. currency and 35 luxury watches, mostly Rolexes, according to the affidavit.
The affidavit alleges Rush knowingly took part of the money he requested for work-related expenses to his home for personal gain.
The court filing didn’t specify which agency employed Rush, but the two people familiar with his employment history said he was with the CIA.
One of the people said most — if not all — of the funds, including foreign currency and the gold — were recovered.
