I have not had any similar aches and pains as this problem with my shoulder, which still lingers slightly, in a long time. The funny part about this is that in the days leading up to this observation, over the span of several hours during two days, as best I recall, I was experiencing an extensive line of thought about Kerry Burgess having returned. The real Kerry Burgess and not me pretending and lying about being Kerry Burgess and lying because I do not have any alternative except to maintain this identity and who can prove anyway that I am not Kerry Burgess?

So the funny part is that, during all that thinking, sometime, I am pretty certain was on 30 October 2010, Kerry Burgess was standing in my living room and he wanted to know why I had the matches laid out on my keyboard.

Damn, my left shoulder has really started hurting the past hour or longer. It is something that is close to my shoulder, actually, but under the clavicle and the pain in on my back to, about where the shoulder blade would be. The pain is almost bad enough that I cannot really move my left arm, although it is not that bad. The feeling may be closer to a muscle spasm in the area of my left shoulder blade.

Some time after being shot on duty, Deputy Sheriff Rick Grimes awakens in hospital to find it deserted with bodies strewn everywhere. He returns to his his home to find it abandoned but believes his wife and son may still be alive. He meets Morgan Jones and his son Duane who explain to him that the world has been overrun with zombies. The disease usually started with an infection and high fever followed by re-animation. The creatures are attracted to sound and eat flesh to survive. Morgan tells him that he thinks there is a refugee center in Atlanta and Rick sets off in the hope of finding his wife and child. Once there, he finds himself surrounded by the undead with little apparent hope of escaping.....until he hears a voice over the radio.

Rick walks down a street and comes upon a bicycle. He picks it up and notices a mutilated corpse near it. When he moves the bike, the corpse actually turns on him. It's a dead woman that is missing her legs and has had several bites taken out of her. She crawls towards Rick, but he jumps on the bike and rides away. He rides to his home and runs around the house yelling for Lori and Carl. They are nowhere to be found and Rick falls onto the ground sobbing. He starts to panic and yells at himself to wake up from this horrible nightmare. He wonders if he's here and starts to smack himself. He wants to wake up, but this world is real. He walks out onto the steps of his house and sits down in frustration. He has no idea how to take all of this in. He looks over and sees a man walking down the street.

The Roseburg Blast
On 7 August 1959, at approximately 1:00 a.m., the Gerretsen Building Supply Company caught fire. Firefighters soon arrived at the building, located near Oak and Pine street, to extinguish the fire. Earlier in the evening, a truck driver for the Pacific Powder Company, George Rutherford, had parked his explosives truck in front of the building, a fact which went unnoticed until shortly before the truck exploded at around 1:14 a.m., destroying buildings in an eight-block radius and severely damaging 30 more blocks.
The truck was loaded with two tons of dynamite and four-and-a-half tons of the blasting agent nitro carbo nitrate. Rutherford had parked the truck after arranging his delivery for the following morning, despite warnings given to the Pacific Powder Company two days earlier not to leave such trucks unattended or park them in "congested areas." Fourteen people died in the blast and fire and 125 were injured. Damage was estimated at ten to twelve million dollars; the Powder company was eventually made to pay $1.2 million in civil damages

Roseburg Blast Crater, 1959
This photograph of the crater created by the “Roseburg blast” was taken in the days following the accidental detonation of 6.5 tons (13,000 lbs.) of explosives on August 7, 1959. The blast blew a hole in the ground approximately 52 feet wide and 20 feet deep.
On the night of August 6, 1959, George Rutherford of Chehalis, Washington drove a Pacific Powder Company truck loaded with 2 tons of dynamite and 4.5 tons of nitro carbo nitrate into downtown Roseburg. After scheduling his first delivery for the following morning, Rutherford parked the truck in front of the Garretsen Building Supply Company, near the corner of Oak and Pine Streets, and retired for the night at the Umpqua Hotel. During the night, the Garretsen building caught fire. Alarms were sounded across the downtown shortly after 1:00 A.M., and within minutes firemen arrived on the scene to put out the blaze. Unfortunately, the explosive-laden truck remained unnoticed by both onlookers and firemen alike until just moments before it detonated.
The explosion and the ensuing fire destroyed all of the buildings within an 8-block area and did heavy damage to structures throughout the surrounding 30 blocks. Fire crews from Eugene and Springfield responded to Roseburg’s call for immediate aid, and by nightfall, National Guard units from Roseburg and Cottage Grove cordoned off the worst-hit 30-block area from public access to deter looting. The blast led to the deaths of 14 people and injured another 125. The damages to the city were estimated to be between $10,000,000 and $12,000,000.

Dale notices a countdown clock and asks Jenner for details. Jenner admits that the facility is under lockdown and will undergo decontamination, which will wipe out all life in the facility (including all the deadly contagions the CDC had kept samples of) and destroy the building. The group pleads to leave, but Jenner reminds them that he can't open the doors.
The group also discovers that power to the facility is running out, so even if they stop the countdown, survival is still next to impossible. Jenner insists that this is the best thing for everyone, since nothing is out there anymore. Rick counters by saying that there has to be hope. Jenner agrees to open the doors one final time. Before Rick leaves, however, Jenner whispers something in his ear, which disturbs Rick.
Jacqui and Andrea decide to stay, thinking that they don't have anything left to live for, but Dale manages to convince Andrea that Amy would not have wanted her to die like this. Rick uses a grenade to shatter the glass at the front entrance and allow a means of escape, and Dale and Andrea rush out of the facility just as the bomb detonates.
The CDC building is destroyed and the survivors drive away, destination unknown.

Mars Pathfinder
The Mars Pathfinder (MESUR Pathfinder), later renamed the Carl Sagan Memorial Station, was launched on December 4, 1996 by NASA aboard a Delta II just a month after the Mars Global Surveyor was launched. After a 7-month voyage it landed on Ares Vallis, in a region called Chryse Planitia on Mars, in the Oxia Palus quadrangle, on 4 July 1997.
The lander relayed transmissions to and from the robot, allowing it to operate independently of the probe body. The robot was remotely controlled, but had a basic camera-assisted autonomous control system allowing it to navigate and negotiate minor obstacles without operator intervention.

Kerrigan gained considerable fame beyond the skating world when, on January 6, 1994, she was clubbed in the right knee with a collapsible sledgehammer by Shane Stant at the U.S. Figure Skating Championships at Cobo Arena in Detroit, an assault planned by rival Tonya Harding's ex-husband Jeff Gillooly and friend Shawn Eckardt.

Dana Scarton, a reporter for The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, said she was attempting to interview Kerrigan after practice when a man ran up to Kerrigan and swung at her legs with a club-like object and kept running.
"When he was swinging it, it looked like it had a bit of a whip to it," Scarton said. Silent Assailant
At the time, Kerrigan had been walking on her stakes from the practice rink to the locker room. She fell backward, Scarton said, and screamed, "Why me?"

Kerrigan was hit on the outside of her right knee by the assailant, who ran toward her moments after she left the ice at Cobo Arena downtown, then escaped from the building as Kerrigan fell to the ground.

She said almost nothing before what was billed as a news conference "greeting" a group of wrestlers from Mexico degenerated into a show of bilingual shouting, shoving and racism.
Harding has a contract to attend a wrestling extravaganza tonight in Vancouver, Wash., where she will be "celebrity manager" for Art Barr, who wrestles under the name "American Love Machine."
Harding has kept a low profile since she pleaded guilty to hindering prosecution in the Jan. 6 attack on skater Nancy Kerrigan.

34-year-old firefighter Terry Lynch (Robert Urich), lives with his 20-year old brother Jimmy (Timothy Hutton) in New York City. They've spent most of their lives taking care of each other as both their parents are deceased. Terry, while off duty, rushes from a neighborhood bar into an apartment fire to rescue a young girl when firefighters inadverdently aim the fire hose at him. The force of the stream pushes Terry- with the child in his arms- through a window and some 40 feet down, landing flat on his back on the roof of a parked car. The girl is uninjured, but Terry is seriously hurt.
Six months later, and after countless rejections from welfare, workers' compensation and many others, Jimmy decides to go to City Hall with the letters to show to Mayor Tyler (Robert Culp). But when the Mayor himself rebukes him, calling Terry a drunk, Jimmy promptly sneaks into the mayor's office and pastes the letters all over the walls of the Mayor's office. Security was diverted by a fire set in a nearby office bathroom.
Believing Terry was behind the vandalism (Terry's name was on all the letters), the police, led by Lieutenant Ryan (Peter Boyle), a badge-heavy bully and Tyler's chief security officer, come to Hooly's, the brothers' hangout, to arrest Terry. When Terry, drunk and high on prescription pills, takes a swing at Ryan, he roughs Terry up while Jimmy is clubbed by another officer when he tries to help. After posting Terry's bail at the police station, Jimmy learns that Terry is in Blake Memorial Hospital in a body cast after a suicide attempt. It's at the police station that Jimmy first meets Danielle "Danny" Boudreau (Kim Cattrall), a social worker assigned to Terry's case.
Jimmy decides to again visit the Mayor, so he goes to Battery Park where the Mayor is giving an anti-graffiti speech. He tries to accost the Mayor again, but is pushed away by police. After seeing the Mayor unveil a giant apple, which slowly revolves to show handiwork by vandals saying "Zimmerman Flew, Tyler Knew", all to the delight of protesters at the speech, Jimmy is inspired to start a campaign of his own.
Tom Zimmerman, former Public Works Commissioner, had fled the country to avoid trial for an unspecified crime. The Daily News ran a story implying that Mayor Tyler not only knew of Zimmerman's fleeing, but masterminded it, referring to Tyler's ordering Zimmerman's trial to be rescheduled for after the election; Tyler denies all knowledge and responsibility. Armed with this knowledge, Jimmy begins his war of wits and words by, among other things:
Leaving his mark on a supposedly graffiti-proof subway car to be used by Mayor Tyler in an anti-vandalism campaign.
Surreptitiously exchanging an airplane banner ad for one that says "Tyler Knew! Turk 182!".

Back home, Morgan and Duane work. Morgan nails the door shut and Duane reads his comic book. Morgan tells Duane to stay downstairs and he walks upstairs. Morgan pulls out his photo albums and looks at several pictures of his wife before this disaster happened. He hangs one of them on the wall and he takes the Remington 700 that Rick handed him. Morgan whistles to one of the walkers and he fires at him. The sight is accurate and he nails it right in the head. Duane gets scared, but Morgan tells him that everything will be fine and tells him to stay downstairs. Morgan shoots another one through the head and tries to look for his wife. Several of the walkers start to walk towards the house. Morgan finally spots his wife out in the crowd. He takes aim, but his wife looks right at the scope. Morgan breaks down and can't bring himself to shoot his wife. He brings the rifle up again and stares at his wife. She turns around and starts to walk away from the house, but even with her back turned Morgan still can't shoot her. He breaks down over her being dead.
