This Is What I Think.

These demons were already here well before 1976.

There was dream, seemed like a regular dream, whatever that means, that seems to correlate to what I have written about being on the Sir Galahad when it was bombed in June 1982. The setting and details were different though. In the dream though, which is fading in my mind to the point I find myself wishing I could remember all the details, I stood there and watched a bomber drop two bombs that exploded very close to me. I seemed to be standing on the fantail of a Perry-class or a Burke-class ship, but I also want to say I was standing on the deck of a submarine, but as I visualize details of my surroundings, I can't see how that could have been a submarine I was standing on. In another part, an officer, which I can't visualize very well, who I think was the XO, ran back to examine the damage and most of the damage was below the waterline. I can visualize standing back there as the ship was approaching a pier. In some other scene, I was changing from dungarees but I'm not sure what I was changing into. I almost wrote, as I had pondered over that scene, that I was putting on officer khaki's, but I'm not sure if that is right because I seemed to be going home, so I might have been changing into civilian clothes, or maybe I was changing into the attire I would wear as a SEAL. I am also thinking that I might have actually worn USN enlisted uniforms as part of an undercover assignment, but I was always a commissioned officer.

Razor Flashbacks

The Battlestar Galactica: Razor Flashbacks are an online series that provides the story of a young William Adama's (Nico Cortez) discovery of a Cylon experiment during his time in the first Cylon War. The webisode series was written by Michael Taylor, and directed by Wayne Rose and Felix Alcala. In fact, these flashbacks were cut out of the "Razor" television movie due to time constraints, but most of them are reintegrated in the DVD version of "Razor."

Episode 1: Day 4,571

It is day 4,571 of the First Cylon War.

McGavin and Adama talk before joining a battle to attack an ice planet in the "ass end of nowhere," where a rumored Cylon superweapon is allegedly being built. It is defended heavily by the Cylons: three Raider wings, ground forces, defensive batteries and nuclear weapons.

Another rumor they talk about is that peace negotiations are in progress and that the Cylons may unexpectedly surrender, which McGavin scoffs as unlikely. She runs off to report to a briefing for Raptor Squadron 2, leaving Adama alone as the ship readies itself for possible nuclear attack.

Episode 4: Free Fall

Release date: October 26, 2007

As William Adama's Viper free-falls through the ice planet's atmosphere, Adama manages to eject from a parachute-survivable altitude. However, he is not alone: a lone Cylon Centurion survives as well. The Centurion fires at the free-falling Adama, while Adama attempts to return the welcome. Quickly, they become entangled with one another, hand-to-hand fighting as they free-fall. As the Centurion's blade slides out of its arm, Adama pulls the rip cord and escapes, deploying the parachute.

Adama lands safely on the ground, crashing through what appears to be a warehouse sky-window. The Cylon seems to have crashed nearby and Adama wails on the Centurion with a pipe, severing the Centurion's head from its body. Adama wipes off the Centurion's oil and, now armed with the Cylon's weapon, leaves.

Battlestar Galactica: Razor Flashbacks

Original run October 5, 2007 – November 16, 2007

Battlestar Galactica: Razor Flashbacks is a collective title given to a series of seven Emmy award winning "webisodes" (or "featurettes") released in late 2007 in lead up to the television movie Battlestar Galactica: Razor via the world wide web and weekly airing. According to Ronald D. Moore, the Razor Flashbacks, in contrast to both The Resistance and The Face of the Enemy webseries, should technically be considered as "featurettes". 'The distinction between the two is that webisodes were new material created specifically for the internet, while the featurettes are really little more than deleted scenes from Razor.'[2] Despite this, the series is still often referred to as being a series of webisodes due to their separate release.

Wag the Dog (1997)

Conrad 'Connie' Brean: Would you go to war to do that?

CIA Agent Mr. Young: I have.

Conrad 'Connie' Brean: Well, I have, too. Would you do it again...? Isn't that why you're here? I guess so. And if you go to war again, who is it going to be against? Your "ability to fight a Two-ocean War" against who? Sweden and Togo? Who you sitting here to Go To War Against? That time has passed. It's passed. It's over. The war of the future is nuclear terrorism. It is and it will be against a small group of dissidents who, unbeknownst, perhaps, to their own governments, have blah blah blah. And to go to that war, you've got to be prepared. You have to be alert, and the public has to be alert. Cause that is the war of the future, and if you're not gearing up, to fight that war, eventually the axe will fall. And you're gonna be out in the street. And you can call this a "drill," or you can call it "job security," or you can call it anything you like. But I got one for you: you said, "Go to war to protect your Way of Life," well, Chuck, this is your way of life. Isn't it? And if there ain't no war, then you, my friend, can go home and prematurely take up golf. Because there ain't no war but ours.
