Vaguely certain I have seen before - many years before now - this 1994 "The Puppet Masters" and did not like it very much.
Sitting here now, accepted the impulse in my conscious mind to watch it today.

If I did watch this before then was probably more than 20 years ago. So sitting here right now, the content is all but new to me. Don't know anything about the content, other what the title promises to deliver.
As I watch it, which I have yet to start, I intend to assemble and develop content to match the progress of this note on this page
So, you will see the point where I begin to watch it because I will mark that point with the title screen on Amazon
Content on this page before that point is before I began watching. As of this moment, I have not read anything about the content of the title.
The content after the 00:00:00 point marker represents observations and thoughts that, largely, form in my mind because of the content I observe today.
I intend to describe here the thoughts in my mind as I work on this topic.
None of this would matter if not for my original-work code-pattern.
Someday, I will finish the draft-note I started two days ago about a topic that now features "Feasibility Study". That makes me think to check this topic for it as well.

Religious scholars are experts only in circular reasoning.
I keep watch for the so-called "religious professor" - notable graduates of the clown-colleges infesting the United States of America - for those intelligent persons who learn enough about the subject to finally figure out that monkeys invented their god. Bible-thumpers are too weak- and lazy-minded to ever put in any serious effort at understanding *why* the human psyche *needs* a god.
So in their delusions they read such news article about discoveries and in their idiocy they think that somehow equates to proof of their delusions.

The theory posits that the human mind once operated in a state in which cognitive functions were divided between one part of the brain which appears to be "speaking", and a second part which listens and obeys—a bicameral mind, and that the breakdown of this division gave rise to consciousness in humans.
Jaynes uses "bicameral" (two chambers) to describe a mental state in which the experiences and memories of the right hemisphere of the brain are transmitted to the left hemisphere via auditory hallucinations. The metaphor is based on the idea of lateralization of brain function although each half of a normal human brain is constantly communicating with the other through the corpus callosum.

Within the first 2 minutes, we see the setting of Ambrose, Iowa. Seems to be a "ghost town" from now almost 100 years ago, here in the real world.

Still completely unfamiliar to me.
I like the woods. Seems I would have remembered these scenes.
Most likely explanation is that many years ago began watching it on television - The SciFi Channel probably - while it was in progress, watched a few scenes, got bored with and it, stopped watching it before the ending and never had interest after that of ever seeing it again.

Don't hear that score on the Amazon Prime video of the 1996 "Star Trek: First Contact"
At some point, years ago and multiple verifications, I decided that is the background music on that exterior scene

There were several interesting dream sequences as I was asleep after waking up a while ago. The only scenes I can remember now are the ones I think happened just before I awoke. The details are vague now and I cannot remember which sequence of the two occurred first but in one sequence I seemed to have infiltrated an enemy facility and I was walking towards my destination. I can still visualize to some extent the walls and stairwells and walkways along the wall. Then I was fighting with someone and I can remember seeing my boot as the bottom of my black leather military boot struck him squarely on the chest and I am left with the sense that I had lunged at him and traveled through the air as I kicked him. I knocked him down and he was a large fellow and then I was walking away and again towards my destination which I do not now remember from the dream. I had traveled up to another level and was still walking and I was then fighting that other soldier again and I aware that I had several pistols and an assault rifle but I did not want to use them. One of my pistols even had a silencer but I did not want to shoot him. I subdued him again and I am left with the vague sense that I eventually did have to kill him with my weapon.

Oh, right. The Apache. Seems very unusual for me to have sleeping dreams about flying a helicopter. I had a vivid dream last time I was sleeping of me personally at the pilot controls of a United States military Apache gunship helicopter. I could feel the motion of the flight. I could hear the rotor blades chopping the air above me. I could hear myself speaking over the microphone in my helmet as I operated the aircraft controls and I was saying such notifications as "up 10 degrees". I could feel the front of the aircraft pitching upwards. Then I brought it down. I saw on the distant horizon the Moon rising and I asked for the reciprocal heading and I spun around the helicopter on that heading and flew for a while and then I turned around again and pointed it at the rising Moon. I could see the color of the trees below.

I dreamed of a "Red Badge" last night.
I had forgotten it and all the other sleeping dreams from the last time I was sleeping until just now before making this post. I don't recall the other many sleeping dreams I woke from but I do remember one. I was wearing a US Marine Corps uniform and that is very unusual for a sleeping dream. I have written before over several years about seeing myself wearing a US Marine Corps uniform but as best I can now recall here sitting here at my desk there have been only two sleeping dreams featuring me wearing a US Marine Corps uniform. And one of those occurrences would have been this past day.
Those of you following along at home remember what I wrote and what I still believe - that I have no actual direct memory - no practical memory in my conscious mind of any service in the United States Marine Corps.
Everything I write here that is not consistent with my factual memory is just the thoughts in my mind.
The dream this past day is something that I can now recall only of an actor I have seen before in film and television. He is that guy who recruits "Cooper Hawkes" in that "Space: Above and Beyond" episode I have referenced here many times.
The sleeping dream I had the past day doesn't seem connected to anything I have seen him in before on television or movie.
There is something that I can almost remember about that dream but just cannot remember.
Well, the operative detail is that I could not wear my US Marine Corps uniform because of what he did. I had to be somewhere. A duty assignment or something that is so damned frustratingly elusive in my mind.
He had punched me in the chest I vaguely recall. The impact of his fist wasn't that hard but he hit an object adorning my olive-colored uniformed shirt and there was an area obviously soaked with blood and I wasn't going to be able to go anywhere looking that way.
I write about it now only because of how that was one time so infrequent seeing myself wearing a US Marine Corps uniform in a sleeping dream. Now I just remember a possible third time. That time I saw myself wearing my US Navy Cross and working in an office building chasing down a person stealing classified documents. Now I just recall another time I wrote about wearing that same medal in an elevator and that person saying he was surprised "they" let me wear it and me saying in response I was proud of my service in Bosnia.

The line of thought about that passageway that was from the doorway I entered in a non-assuming building that seemed to be a large city area, such as downtown Seattle, progressed to where I went through a doorway at the other end of the passageway and there are several different and distinct lines of thought about what happened after that. In one line of thought, there was a person stationed there who put a fake disquise onto my face, such as a mustache and so, but the prevailing of thought is that no one else was around and I did that myself. I was left with the sense when the woman was there that she told me that I am doing a great job. The point of the fake disquise was because there was a car inside there and I would take the car and a lot of other necessary identification documents with me and drive away from the area. In one line of thought, there was a message there for me to wait at least three hours before I drove out and that was associated with how the zombies trailing me would be panicing because they lost me. I thought over about how I would drive off somewhere else, possibly Spokane, but then the thoughts were occurring to me, and I guess the notion was foremost, about how there was really no point to me leaving because they would just find me again somewhere else and so what was the point even to leaving the area. There was also a sense that I am not supposed to leave this area. So then the line of thought progressed along and I had a path of passageways and tunnels and elevators that would take me to another apartment in, I guess, another building, and I guess that is where I would stay for the future that was not defined in that extensive line of thought.

Only after hearing this song again today on jango.com did I associate it with the last among many sleeping dreams I wearily dragged myself out of bed from today.
There wasn't really anything about a dashboard but there was a hammer. Oh, yeah, there was definitely a hammer. Three of us trying to get away and I have someone else's wallet in one pocket and the hammer in another.
Some guy in a white Mercedes laughing at me from behind bullet-proof glass at the drive-thru at a Starbucks. Then some kid working there comes outside and there is something comical about the way he opens the unlocked door to the Mercedes.
Then other details and then the elevators. Once again, elevators and hallways. Always it's the elevators and passageways and trying to find my way around in hallways.
