We didn't have the other end of the cable from the helo that our cable connected to so on my first test, I only had the advice of my Chief Boatswains Mate. Standing there under that helo, I nailed it perfectly

I have experienced a great sense of confusion about whether I am the original or the clone. I have pondered over it in great detail but cannot reach any kind of conclusion from the details I have considered. I cannot even say that Phoebe would know, unless she saw me in person, because I think she and I were apart for several months in 1998 and my physical appearance changed because I looked like I was overweight. The physical appearance of the original and the clone are so close that just such a change in appearance, coupled with Phoebe's lack of knowledge even that I have a clone, would be enough for her to be confused, from a distance, of which one I am. There are many other details I have pondered over in this scenario and so far I have reached any conclusions about whether I am the clone or the original. But yet, I feel as though there are certain details available to me right now that would give me enough information to conclude which one I am but I cannot figure out what are those details. The thought lingers that I actually am the original though. I think my clone has been in seclusion somewhere all this time and that was part of the original plan.

Socialist Paints Stark Picture Of American Worker's World
Chatting with some 13 faithful members and curious sympathizers of the Young Peoples' Socialist League, last night, National Chairman Michael Shute painted a startlingly simple picture of today's world, as the Socialist views it.
"Annihilation, or the greatest civilization man has ever known," Shute advised, "these are the stark and simple alternatives."
Inevitably the tone of his socioeconomic picture was one of darkness and barrenness.
He described the "army of unemployed workers which the government has reconciled itself to"; and he pointed out that "depressions arise, not nut of shortages but because of surplus in our economy."
Speaking fervently, yet calmly, to a dwindling audience, he recalled "the failure to face the housing problem, while any department store will gladly furnish any slum ; with a thousand pink telephones."
He mentioned "men out of work because of the machines they have created," and foresaw atomic power "being used to annihilate us."
Finally he pointed out that "millions of people cannot utilize cultural opportunities afforded them because of the dehumanization of labor."
Developing more and more enthusiasm as he progressed, he delivered the keystone of his and the socialist platform.
"There is," he said, "only one force capable of turning advanced technology into a tool of man. That force is the working class." "The only way for the working class to rule," he continued, "is through democracy.
"Every previous ruling class has owned property, the workers have only their own will."

In the United States, a 401(k) plan is an employer-sponsored, defined-contribution, personal pension (savings) account, as defined in subsection 401(k) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. The net benefit of the traditional account is the sum of (1) a possible bonus (or penalty) from withdrawals at tax rates lower (or higher) than at contribution, and (2) the impact on qualification for other income-tested programs from contributions and withdrawals reducing and adding to taxable income, minus the consequences of capital gains being taxed at regular income rates.

He doesn’t check further because Day tells him he’s sending two other jets (David Fravor with co-pilot, and Jim Slaight with co-pilot Alex Dietrich) with more fuel, so that Kurth can leave.

Cdr. Fravor was the Commanding Officer of Strike Fighter Squadron 41. Kevin Day sees on the radar that as soon as the two jets arrive at the coordinates, the object descends from 8.5 km a.s.l. to sea level in less than a second. The two jets see nothing at their altitude, so they look down, and they notice a disturbance in the water with the size of a 737. They notice a white, tictac-shaped looking object, hovering with abrupt movements over the disturbance, “like a ping-pong ball bouncing” inside a glass box, along north-south and east-west axes. The distance between jets and object is still about 6 km. Fravor tries to get closer, leaving the other jet higher up to have a double perspective of the events. As Fravor goes down following a curve, the tictac points towards him and starts going up mirroring Fravor’s movement. Fravor tries to cut the circle to meet the tictac halfway. He manages to get as close as 800 m, at which point the tictac accelerates at hypersonic speed disappearing from the view of the two jets in less than a second. The whole encounter lasts about 5 minutes. The jets go back to check the disturbance in the water, but that’s also gone. After about 10 seconds, Day contacts the two jets to say that the object has just appeared on the radar 90 km away, at the coordinates where a training exercise was supposed to take place (CAP point). The two jets go back to USS Nimitz.

Fravor tells him about the encounter, and suggests to be on the lookout and bring a FLIR (a camera attached to the wing). While flying and hoping to have a similar encounter, Underwood is given some coordinates by Kevin Day, as it happened with Fravor. Underwood has problems locking on the object located at the coordinates, which is 30km far (his jet has multiple sensors, radar, FLIR etc, some can lock it, some can’t). Eventually he manages to get a lock with the FLIR and he takes a video. Then he loses the lock, he gives up, but he brings the now-famous video back to the Nimitz.

Cutting the Chaff: Overlooked Lessons of Military UAP Sightings for Joint Force and Interagency Coordination

I turn to the so-called USS Nimitz incident, a military UAP sighting disclosed to the public in 2017, both to argue that there are real lessons to learn from this incident about maneuvering in a joint force operating environment and to show why securitization represents an inappropriate response to these sightings. Admittedly, proponents of securitization also point to such things as Air Force sightings in Kosovo, Army sightings over Afghanistan, and sightings near nuclear weapons caches throughout the United States. Reflecting critically on the open-source details that emerge from any of these episodes would highlight similar lessons. However, the 2004 Nimitz incident represents the central pillar in the discourse on UAP securitization. When paired with the fact that the Nimitz incident may be the most well-documented military UAP sighting previously disclosed to the public, this makes the case more important than any others. Thus, scrutinizing this days-long encounter that allegedly brought a naval battlegroup the 11th Carrier Strike Group into contact with innumerable UFOs highlights the three lessons outlined above most clearly.
In the next section, I analyze the Nimitz incident and offer some potential explanations for the UAPs that Sailors from the Nimitz battlegroup witnessed in 2004. Following that, I expand my argument that the complicated logistics of maneuvering in a joint force or interagency context require consistent collaboration and clear communication to avoid unnecessary risks that could lead to costly or life-ending accidents. To accomplish this, I present a strategic interpretation of key open-source details associated with the Nimitz incident and compare the case to the 1988 USS Vincennes incident. Finally, recognizing that logistics represent only one critical component in a strategic interpretation of military UAP sightings, I elaborate on the implications of my argument for personnel, foreign policy, and pedagogy in the conclusion.
A Brief Analysis of the Nimitz Incident
The Nimitz incident occurred over the course of several days in the Southern California Offshore Range (SCORE) Complex in November 2004. On November 10, then Senior Chief Petty Officer Kevin Day, an air intercept controller aboard the USS Princeton, spotted several mystery objects on radar. In different interviews, Day claims to have seen anywhere between ten and hundreds of these radar-indicated objects over the next few days. Then, on November 14, the incident reached its climax when Day and his commanding officer dispatched a pair of F/A-18 Super Hornets from the Nimitz to investigate the objects. Commander David Fravor, the commanding officer of the Black Aces squadron, and his wingman, Lieutenant Commander Alex Dietrich, were diverted from a training mission to investigate the anomalous radar returns. This led to the so-called Tic Tac intercept, where the pilots ostensibly encountered a white, ovoid, 40-foot-long object with no wings or visible propulsion flying over the Pacific. Later that day, footage of the Tic Tac was recorded by a third pilot.
The media s attempts to sensationalize the affair notwithstanding, aspects of the Nimitz incident can be easily explained or debunked.

I dreamed just now of what seems to be the flight of the Stargazer aircraft on 6/27/1994 but the visualizations I assume are mostly just the product of a dream. As usual, there seem to be details that happened before the part I can remember enough to write about that I can not now remember. In the dream, I was onboard that aircraft and we were traveling along towards the point where we would deploy the rocket as it fired and traveled towards space. All I can really visualize though is that the aircraft seemed to be invisible. To me at least. I have the sense that other people could see it. We also were no high over the ground but we were very close to the ground and we were traveling at a rate of motion that did not seem very fast. This all was taking a long time too. I kept expecting the rocket to depart from the aircraft but it did not. I can see the terrain very well. There seemed to be people on the ground looking up and to watch us fly over. We were at another point so close the ground above a highway that I saw a woman in a police car looking up at the sky and I think she was watching us fly over. I think it was before that we were flying over new terrain and I was marveling at the color of the foliage of the trees and it might have seemed that I could even touch the trees with my feet. I remember that very well. But that part is disorienting. It is as though I was standing very close to a wall but then that wall was not actually there and what I saw in front of me was the sky and terrain and everything associated with flying in that aircraft above the ground. It seemed I was talking to the other two men on the aircraft flight deck just then and I become slightly aware as I think about the dream of equipment and instruments around me although that could be the last part. I do have the sense they are wearing uniforms and I think I am too. I am in the middle and I seem to be talking to the guy on my right. Then the part with the woman in the police car seems to happen and then we travel over an area where the terrain drops suddenly and I am marveling at that because I can clearly see everything directly below us. Just because the drop I commented to the guy on my left, who might have actually been me, that there was a stop sign on the road below us at what seemed to be a T-intersection. We seemed to have been following the highway and the highway ended at that intersection with the other highway running perpendicular to it but we continued on a straight line and that was when I saw the terrain drop sharply below us. I commented to the guy to my left who I guess was the pilot about that stop sign below and I cannot now remember our exact words but he responded to me with something about how that was my name on that stop sign and I wish I could remember better that scene from the dream although that was basically the important part. So I think this part is when the rocket was supposed to transfer to space but that is not really clear anymore. What I do remember is that now I am clinging to the side of a mountain and I have no idea where I am although I still have an association in my mind that I was on that aircraft I have been writing about. It is as though I was on the side of that mountain because I had been attached to a rope that was attached to that aircraft and the aircraft had been traveling along with me on that rope. I don't really understand enough to explain what I feel was going on in this part. I don't know. Maybe it doesn't matter. I remember the ground was very steep and I remember there was snow and I seemed to be examining the snow-covered foliage and I am aware of how steep the ground is and I am concerned because I no longer am connected to that aircraft by the rope. I am stuck there on the ground and I have no idea where I am or how to get back to anywhere. I can see what seems to be a level portion of the ground and I guess it is a trail. I can also see a window of a building and it really seems out of place because a consistent thought is that I might as well be on Mount Everest right now but that doesn't really make any sense because I remember seeing all those signs of civilization we flew over. So anyway, I am still lying on or clinging to the mountain in the same position but I am looking at the window and I can visualize it well and I can see the various details of the configuration and I am wondering if I can slide through that window or if it is too small for me to get through. There seems to be no other place to go than through that window where it looks warm and cozy and I see no other signs of civilization other than that window. Then I seem to have made it through the window and I am vaguely aware of being inside the business that runs there and I vaguely recall talking to someone but I cannot remember enough about that conversation to articulate. What seems to happened was that I explained that I was lost from that flight and what they seemed to have done is to put me on a shuttle bus for a hotel and they sent me to a hotel where I can stay. I am aware that I have access to my funds but that is only a notion. I have only the clothes on my back and I am still confused about where I am. I am aware of another person on the bus and I can visualize the we got to the hotel while riding that bus and I can visualize walking through some parts of that hotel and I see that I walked into the registration lobby but then I turned around and walked back out without registering and I am not certain what I was going to do. I still have no idea where I am. I am thinking that the people I was with will probably look for me and I think that if I use my bank card they will know where I am on the ground. I think that was the end. I think the dream ended after I walked back outside the hotel and I was standing outside looking around. I can vaguely visualize the surroundings but I have no idea where it was.

Stampede Pass
I must have been lying in bed for over four hours last night and could not fall asleep for that much time and longer because I started thinking during the night last night that Stampede Pass is where I materialized after the L-1011 Stargazer spiraled down from over forty thousand feet after breaking into pieces and then crashed with such force that it virtually vaporized on contact with that ground.
after I understood that my aircraft was unflyable because, for one reason, a wing had just broken off due to impact with debris from the Pegasus rocket that had just exploded in front of my windshield, I was turned around part ways in my seat as the pilot and I had my had outreached to shake the hand of Kerry Burgess and I spoke that flying with had been an honor but the aircraft was spinning too fast for us to shake hands. When I materialized at Stampede Pass I felt as though I had materialized about one inch or two above the ground and I found myself standing there in the woods on that dirt road with absolutely no idea where I was and I was standing there with my hand still reaching out to shake his hand.

On November 5, 1994, former President Ronald Reagan published a letter to the American people announcing his diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease.
My fellow Americans,
I have recently been told that I am one of the millions of Americans who will be afflicted with Alzheimer's disease.
Upon learning this news, Nancy and I had to decide whether as private citizens we would keep this a private matter or whether we would make this news known in a public way.
In the past, Nancy suffered from breast cancer and I had cancer surgeries. We found through our open disclosures we were able to raise public awareness. We were happy that as a result many more people underwent testing. They were treated in early stages and able to return to normal, healthy lives.
So now we feel it is important to share it with you. In opening our hearts, we hope this might promote greater awareness of this condition. Perhaps it will encourage a clear understanding of the individuals and families who are affected by it.
At the moment, I feel just fine. I intend to live the remainder of the years God gives me on this earth doing the things I have always done. I will continue to share life's journey with my beloved Nancy and my family. I plan to enjoy the great outdoors and stay in touch with my friends and supporters.
Unfortunately, as Alzheimer's disease progresses, the family often bears a heavy burden. I only wish there was some way I could spare Nancy from this painful experience. When the time comes, I am confident that with your help she will face it with faith and courage.
In closing, let me thank you, the American people, for giving me the great honor of allowing me to serve as your president. When the Lord calls me home, whenever that may be, I will leave the greatest love for this country of ours and eternal optimism for its future.
I now begin the journey that will lead me into the sunset of my life. I know that for America there will always be a bright dawn ahead.
