The silence is deafening. What is their point for secretly reading my email? I guess the FBI hasn't received permission from the insurgent leaders at Microsoft Corporation in historic Redmond, Washington, to respond to my announcement.

I will call in to your phone number if you need me to, but for now, I would prefer to communicate by email. Actually, I would prefer to arrange a meeting at your office to discuss the following information. I am hoping that by communicating by email, this information will be forwarded to the appropriate person in the FBI. If the recipient of this communication does not know who is the appropriate person, I would appreciate some investigation to find out. I know that I have a counterpart in the FBI for the investigation I am assigned to.
I have been operating under an assumed identity that was assigned to me in 1998. Details associated with my assumed identity reflect that I am a covert agent of the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency. My covert identity name is Kerry Wayne Burgess, where my real name is Thomas Allyn Ray.
Activity associated with my official covert identity include: I received an official birth certificate from the State of Oklahoma that was dated 9/10/2001. I received an official U.S. passport with a 5/29/2002 date of issue. My covert identity was created to support an official investigation of Microsoft Corporation and I was sent to Amsterdam to meet with a corporate customer during that investigation. My U.S. passport - for my covert identity - was stamped on 1/23/2003 when I entered Amsterdam Schiphol and it was stamped 1/26/2003 when I returned to the U.S. A letter dated 7/14/2005 from the Military Personnel Records in St. Louis was sent with the official copies of the DD-214 for my covert identity.
Some other details on those official documents that reflect my real identity: The name listed for my mother on my birth certificate is Thedia Newman. One reason for the selection of her name was to reflect that I am a covert operative of the Defense Intelligence Agency, or "The DIA." Her maiden name of Newman is to represent I am using a new identity or "New Man." The town of birth of Thedia Newman is listed on my birth certificate as Hugo, OK. That particular town was chosen because the coordinates Latitude 33 degrees/59 minutes and Longitude -95 degrees/33 minutes are at a point on the edge of the town. The reason is that my real birthday is 3/3/59. The birthdate for my covert identity is 11/2/1965.
The DD-214 for Kerry Burgess was encoded with several clues about my real identity and one reflects the U.S. Navy billet number 1130. On the DD-214, the 'Primary Specialty' field for Kerry Burgess contains the code 1189. Subtracting 59 - my real birth year - from that code results in the value 1130. The billet number 1130 represents a regular commissioned U.S. Navy officer with the SEAL qualification. To further reinforce that clue, the middle sequence of my social security number is '17' and the letter 'Q' is the 17th letter of the alphabet. In the U.S. Navy, all AQD codes that begin with "Q" represent of the Special Warfare field. The AQD codes are used to modify an officer's billet number.
Also on that DD-214 is the home address for my "mother," Thedia Newman Draper. The address of her Brookwood 1-A apartment is at the intersection of Constitution and Highway 59.
I am following the process associated with my covert identity. I am formally notifying the FBI that I am operating under an official covert identity and that I am under duress as a result of my investigation into terrorist activities sponsored by Microsoft Corporation. I want the FBI to put me in direct contact with my FBI counterparts in this counter-terrorism investigation. I would prefer that those counterparts respond to this email with a date we could meet at the FBI office.
