I believe the underlying principle to all this is that people such as George W. Bush and Bill Gates were engaged in pirating my identity and intellectual property. When they got caught, they started something similar to an arson to cover up their criminal activity. There is also reason to believe they have been working on activities to manage the risk of caught.
