Wayne Newman - Hurricane Hugo. Get it? Hugo.

As I started reading this a few minutes ago, this reminds me of what Deputy US Marshal Kerry Burgess, also known for official duty as Wayne Newman, had been offered. Because in 1993 he had been seriously injured by the gunfire from the fugitive he had killed by return gunfire, he had been offered a retirement pension that would have been the equivalent of a retirement pension for a 20 year veteran of United States federal government service, which was 50 percent of his fulltime and active duty pay as a US federal government employee. By 1994, he already had 11 years of service in terms of pay and with the injury to his left arm, his options as a Deputy US Marshal would be limited. As Tom Reagan, I offered him a position on my team, and as luck, with no small thanks to my talent agency, would have it, his girlfriend was offered work in Los Angeles and she wanted to him to move out there with her regardless of whether he had a job or not and she said she would support him. He decided to return to work as a Deputy US Marshal and then was killed along with the rest of my aircrew on 27 June 1994 due to continuing terrorism sabotage by Bill Gates-Nazi-NASA-Microsoft-Corbis-George Bush the cowardly violent criminal.

His hatred for these young men was so deep- seated, he asserted in an affidavit filed with the suit, that he might be unable to contain himself...
