Stopped watching tv-news a few hours ago

By now, I am completely certain of two possibilities:

One, my worst fears realized. People are being completely mind-controlled by some sort of superintelligence that I speculated about decades ago, trying to understand this isolation I am forced into for over 20 years (and counting) now

Two, conversely, the reason I hear rando's on the FM antenna radio broadcast saying stuff that is familiar and baffling to me is because it is some sort of camouflage. People (manipulated people) are doing it (causing it) deliberately to cover-up the people being mind-controlled
