The Medal of Honor is the highest military decoration awarded by the United States government. Public back in Windsor Castle
Windsor Castle has opened to the public for the first time since fire destroyed more than 100 rooms in 1992.
The fire, on November 20 1992, severely damaged the north-east section of the castle, including St George's Hall and the Grand Reception Room.
It started in the chapel, where the heat of a spotlight caused a curtain to ignite.
Flames quickly spread and it took 250 firefighters from across London and the Home Counties more than 15 hours to put out the blaze, while the Queen stood watching.

LONDON -- A major fire that burned for hours destroyed parts of Windsor Castle, the 900-year-old palace 20 miles west of London where Queen Elizabeth II spends most of her weekends.
As firefighters battled the spectacular blaze Friday, the queen and her second son, Prince Andrew, joined the effort to save priceless paintings and other artworks.
Andrew, who was in another part of the castle when the fire broke out, joined a human chain that passed pictures, tables, clocks and other irreplaceable antiques from hand to hand to safety.
The queen later came from Buckingham Palace in London to inspect the damage and joined the effort.
"She is helping to take stuff out of the castle -- works of art. She has been in there for 30 minutes," Andrew told reporters.
St. George's Hall, a soaring gallery where state banquets often are held, was "a nasty mess," Andrew said, and the ornate Grand Reception Room was full of acrid smoke.
But he said that he and workers at the castle had managed to save a centuries-old set of pictorial tapestries by yanking them down from their mountings.
"The queen is devastated, absolutely devastated," Andrew said.
The fire, reported at 11:37 a.m. (5:37 a.m. Houston time), was spotted in curtains in the private royal chapel, where workers were wrapping up paintings in preparation for renovation work, Andrew told reporters.
By midafternoon, crews believed that they had the blaze under control. But after dusk, bursts of flame spurted from the castle's roofs; Brunswick Tower was blazing well into the evening.
