I have today approved a recommendation by the Secretary of Commerce, submitted under provisions of Public Law 89-306, that the United States of America Standard Code for Information Interchange be adopted as a Federal standard.
In my memorandum to you of June 28, 1966, I stressed the need for achieving, with industry cooperation, greater compatibility among computers. The earlier adoption of the Standard Code for Information Interchange as a voluntary standard by the United States of America Standards Institute reflects a national concern with this need.

By the authority vested in me as President of the United States of America by Section 292 of the Central Intelligence Agency Retirement Act of 1964 for Certain Employees, as amended (50 U.S.C. 403 note), and in order to conform the Central Intelligence Agency Retirement and Disability System to certain amendments to the Civil Service Retirement and Disability System (Public Law 96-179), it is hereby ordered as follows:

Summer of year 2001.
Deserter-in-chief George W. Bush was settling into the White House and spends his days doing nothing other than gleefully sniffing the fabric furniture of the unscrubbed Oval Office.

I had moved into a new building that was new construction and that had no previous occupants, to my delight. Very expensive, and while I was paid well, I was accumulating no wealth as a full-time employee of Microsoft Corporation. I became homeless in year 2005 after selling off my 401k contributions. But in year 2001, I had that great apartment that was very expensive, for me, and I always remember an incident in the summer of 2001.
I hap a top floor apartment in that newly constructed building and I was the first resident when it opened.
I moved to another apartment from the apartment I started there in on another floor and other side of the building
This second apartment was a corner unit and had a grand view of downtown Bellevue, which was really nice when the full moon appeared at night and there was a lot of window space on the living area walls
Summer of 2001.
I generated several telephone calls to 9-1-1 for noise complaints. Finally they told me to stop calling about it.
Was not until later that I spoke in person directly to a city police officer
There was the one day I was sitting on the couch relaxing and suddenly everything started shaking
It was very loud music from the apartment directly under mine
Incredulous, I went downstairs to complain directly to the occupant. Was easy to find the source of the disturbance because I could clearly hear it from the hallway outside his apartment
He invited me and I walked in, thinking of how it was a perfect copy of my same apartment directly above. Except for all his stuff. He must have been some sort of "pack-rat", with all the clutter in that expensive apartment. He told me he worked as a security guard and that didn't make much sense to me. He didn't appear to be some sort of executive or manager-type so I wondered how he could afford that apartment
Later, I was again sitting in my living room on my new leather sectional sofa and I was again incredulous to see an antenna rising from below my deck to hover above my deck. The walls were almost all windows in the living area.
I went downstairs and complained about it bitterly. It was some sort of radio transmitter antenna. He didn't take it down so I went to the leasing office to complain. She chuckled and told me he was having to pay them for repairs because he dropped that antenna to the concrete below and broke several slabs that covered the area. From my apartment, I looked over the edge of my patio and there was clearly damage down there on the first level.
Why this all seems relevant
He continued thumping the music loudly and I called the city police
An officer arrived and was politely discussing it with me
I followed him downstairs and stood out of view of the offending resident until he said something and I jumped around the corner and to his face declared he was lying to the police officer
A woman came out of the apartment that shared a wall with the offender and suggested I come into her apartment
I looked at her but otherwise ignored her
What always stands out in my memory is the expression on her face when she realized I was going to ignore her and not come into her apartment as she invited
Many times that memory has lingered in my mind and I wondered what it meant.
A messenger sent to notify me that I was to abandon my mission, abort my presence clandestinely at Microsoft Corporation, report to the new administration at CIA headquarters, and not reveal anything to the USA public about Jeffrey Epstein and his pals Bill Clinton and Bill Gates.
Oh, and The Mother of All Battles was about to surprise the Deserter-in-chief, coming from somewhere that would be soon revealed to us all
In the meantime, those clowns in the NRD for the CIA create disturbances and they think they are above the law and anyone affected are just casualties of conspiracy and have no recourse to the law
