These measures will strengthen law enforcement and sharpen their ability to crack down on terrorists wherever they're from, be it at home or abroad. This will arm them with investigative tools, increased enforcement, and tougher penalties.
I say, again: Justice in this case must be swift, certain, and severe. And for anyone who dares to sow terror on American land, justice must be swift, certain, and severe. We must move on with law enforcement measures quickly. We must move so that we can prevent this kind of thing from happening again. We cannot allow our entire country to be subjected to the horror that the people of Oklahoma City endured. We can prevent it and must do everything we can to prevent it.

One day, I "launched" my '67 blue Chev. out onto Hicks Road. Earlier, I had been doing something with the front wheels and apparently, I forgot to tighten the lug nuts. I got about a half mile down the road and the front end started shaking violently. Just as I was about to cross over this small wooden bridge, I saw the left front wheel shot up and away down to the edge of the creek I was about to pass over. The truck dropped over to the left a little bit and I managed to keep it from running off the bridge where I stopped on the other side. I left a groove in the road from that incident.
That happened again sometime later on the way to school. Micheal had told me something looked wrong with the left wheel but I drove anyway. Shortly after that, I saw that familar sight of the wheel shooting up and away to the left as the front end slammed into the pavement. This time the spindle had broken off because it hadn't been greased. Mt future-brother-in-law went out into the field and got the wheel for me. Then a schoolbus came by. My buddy who was later an Air Force mechanic, gave me a ride to school in his midget car. Not sure what kind of car that was. Denzil was at home on vacation that day and he sent out a tow truck to get my truck.

Also on my earnings report from the Social Security Administration is my after-school job from the 80's. Lately, I decided that the name "Mills" refers to the military. I pondered over whether there was any symbolism to connect my "memories" of working at Mills Store for 4 years and my theory that I attended the U.S. Naval Academy for 4 years. My theory was these details represent my attendance at the Academy when I focused on a seemingly important detail from my 3rd year working at Mills Store. It was during that 3rd year that my employer, Donald Mills, was elected mayor of the town. That summer, he was granted some funds from the federal government for road maintenance in the town and he put me in charge of a group of people to fix the potholes in the street. We worked all day fixing the pavement and then I put in a few more hours at his store after I let the crew off for the day. According to my "memories," that all occurred when I was in school and
after my fourth year working for Mills Store, where the M.S. probably represents 'Midshipman,' I "remember" going on active duty in the U.S. Navy. It was around that same time, at the end of my third year at Ashdown, just before the beginning of my last year at that school, that I recieved the American Legion award, which was a medal. I believe that time period represents how the Osirak strike was in the summer of 1981 and I graduated from USNA that next summer, meaning that I went to Iraq around the end of the equivalent of my junior year at the USNA.

May 4, 2005, was the day I went to the Kent Police department for help. I named George W. Bush specifically as one of the people harassing me. The policeman didn’t ask me any questions. He dumped me off at the St. Francis hospital in Federal Way where the first thing they did was secretly drug my food. I found it very hard to restrain the urge to laugh shortly after I had eaten.

The decision shocked Hardin, who said Smith leads a "charmed existence."
"It's a fascinating thing," he said. "I mean the whole visual of Anna Nicole showing up before the Supreme Court."
The issue before the court is narrow, focusing on whether the federal or state court was supposed to hear the case.
But what the case has always turned on was a question about the true nature of this marriage. Did Marshall really want to take care of Smith forever?
But could one piece of potential evidence -- never shown to the Texas jurors -- help answer that question?
In a home video of Christmas morning, 1992, 18 months before the couple married, it appears Smith was trying to get Marshall to say something on the record.
"Say it just like you did last night," she said on the tape.
Marshall responded: "I, Howard Marshall, being of disposing mind, express this my last will and testament to Vicky Nicole … shall receive a house -- which she calls the ranch -- and the townhouse and her Mercedes automobile and everything else that I have ever given her to be hers now and forever. I love you."
What is perhaps most striking about the video is what Marshall didn't say -- that she would get any part of his estate, let alone half.
"He's talking there about things he gave her," said Hardin. "He's talking about things that he gave her during his life that no one has ever tried to take away from her."
But Smith's lawyer, Phillip Boesch says that the tape means nothing.
"What I make of this, is that you have a husband and wife having some fun and they are on video," he said. "Howard is not doing business here ..." Boesch says that far more revealing is something else Marshall did in December 1992. He instructed his lawyers to prepare a "catch all" trust for Smith -- that would give her 50 percent of the wealth created during their marriage.
