This is a very bad way for these sailors to start their career. Every single attendee for that speech by International Terrorist against the U.S. federal government Barack Hussein Obama is now charged with dereliction of duty, charges of cowardice in the face of a known enemy against the U.S. federal government, as well as charges of treason.

I have superior legal authority on this matter critical to United States national security and well-being and my ruling is permanent and superior.
