Had two choices in my original-work code-pattern for this Event Date variable
A Search Date variable of 01/24/2006 or 06/10/2016.
Had to - HAD TO - in my mind ignore 06/10/2016 and begin looking for a pattern with only 01/24/2006

The compulsion was actually not about specific dates. I wrote those here only after looking up the calendar-dates. The compulsion was for titles, not dates. I had to look up the dates and then begin my examination of the results in my original-work code-pattern
Not the first time that's happened. Seems obvious to me but today had the new sense of certainty that other people - professionals, scientists, other such people - may not understand the distinction

Alex and Michael
I woke up this morning and I guess I had just then been dreaming about a story I was writing about those two. I was feeling as though the details were something I had been thinking of before I awoke. I awoke thinking about how if there were ever in this world two little kids that needed firearms then those are the two. I thought about how little Alex had an Uzi and he opened up on Susan Smith with that Uzi and he ripped a full clip at her and that stupid kid only hit the cat nearby on the floor which exploded into a big splatter of blood and hair over the wall and he got Susan in the foot with one bullet from that full magazine but that isn't surprising because 15-month-old kids can't aim firearms very well and Michael was banging away at her with a pair of Colt .45 semiautomatic pistols and he emptied both clips and only got her in the leg one time. So I don't know what I was dreaming of. Maybe that was something from part of something I wrote a long time ago after I found those kids in the lake.

I actually do remember... something... I can t explain it. It feels that I am holding an unmarked, undistinguishable book that I don t know the name of or the contents but I know I have read it already.

A few minutes ago I started thinking that maybe I started at Princeton University in 1972. I would have been 13 at the time as Thomas Ray. I remember that Kerry Burgess started first grade in 1972. But then I decided that I probably started Princeton earlier than 1972 and maybe 1972 was the year I completed my first major degree. Or 1972 doesn t really mean anything in particular to Thomas Ray; rather it is there for continuity sake for the life of Kerry Burgess.

Salesman
Also, "Salesman." I saw that in a dream while sleeping recently. I saw myself going through an induction process in the United States Marine Corps and I woke up understanding that I was dreaming of my actual experience in 1990. I saw a document that indicated I was being inducted to the United States Marine Corps with the officer grade of Chief Warrant Officer 2. I saw in the dream another document associated with my induction and that document indicated I had been assigned the informal name "Salesman."
