There's another note that composed in my mind after I viewed episode 4 season 1 of Plur1bus. Tried to work on it for posting here, a reluctance in my mind won't let me.

As with this note, no grand truth for any to discover here. Just seems neat. My thinking systematized by my observations of fiction here in the real world. Supports my hypothesis and thus this blog and my blog-posts.

The point of this note supports my previous blog-posts

Still waiting for this season's first snowfall with significant enough snowdepth for me to capture images of it. There has not been a November since I have lived in Spokane where there has not been snowdepth significant enough for me to record. The average first snow measured officially at least one-inch is November 21st.

The weather forecasts locally are not promising. Some sort of atmospheric river regime established warmer than normal air temperatures. Above-average rainfall so far no snow.

What is the likelihood of people diverting an atmospheric-river to cross over a specific region?

Place a large enough boulder in a river and it's going to spill its banks.

The point of this note.

I have tracked carefully the predictions of local live-tv news weather and now they are consistently pointing to 11/26/2025 as possibly-maybe-we-don't-know-anything-will-happen on that day. If it does happen then they will probably celebrate a 100% accurate prediction that was not really ever a prediction, other than a small blip on the screen.

I have seen snow-drought November here in the past but there has always been at least one day in November when there was significant enough snowdepth for me to record. Those weather people mention the year 2008 and its similarities with this November.

I am following it because of my past work and now I am looking at 11/26/2025 and it's possible pattern definition in my original-work code-pattern.

Pluribus (TV series)

From Wikipedia

Cast and characters

Main

Rhea Seehorn as Carol Sturka, an American fantasy romance author who survives the outbreak of an alien virus that renders nearly all of humanity into a relentlessly optimistic hive mind

Karolina Wydra as Zosia, a member of the Others who acts as Carol's companion and guide

Carlos-Manuel Vesga [es] as Manousos Oviedo, a self-storage facility manager in Paraguay, one of the thirteen people in the world not infected by the virus. He refuses to interact with the Others.

Stargate Universe - "Visitation" - tv-series Season 2 Episode 9, 11/23/2010

(from internet transcript)

CAINE: It's nice to hear your voice. Uh, well, of course there's no way of knowing His will, but I do know that I prayed every night before I went to sleep that He would keep us safe.

WALLACE (cynically): So ... magic, then.

CAINE: You have to admit that our arrival here is nothing less than miraculous, Eli.

(Eli, who has been looking increasingly uncomfortable as the conversation has progressed, now shuts off the comms and talks over his shoulder to Young.)

WALLACE: "Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic." Arthur C. Clarke.

YOUNG: "Turn the mic back on." Winston Churchill.

WALLACE (frowning): Really?

(Young gestures towards the screen, where Peter is shouting at the Kino. Eli turns the sound back on.)

PETER: ... are you gonna keep us here?

VAL: We haven't done anything.

YOUNG: Try to be patient. You'll be released once you've all undergone a physical examination one at a time.

CAINE: But we're perfectly fine.

YOUNG: Well, forgive me if I don't take your word for that. The more answers we have, the less precautions we'll have to take.

(He switches the comms off, and looks at Eli.)

YOUNG: Let's keep an eye on 'em.

Those UFO-bunkers, so desperate to escape their mediocre, meaningless, pathetic lives are so outraged by nonsense about UFOs. Because E.T. will beam them up to the Starship Enterprise if only the USA DOD will free E.T. from confinement at Area 51.
