Weather is happening.

Those of you following along - and capable of independent-thought - should be galactically baffled at the distinctly clear - and improbable - pattern I have formed.

This year's examination by me is not yet developed

This represents my observations as conditions develop

Seems clear to me others are following my reports

According to the Spokane office's website of the National Weather Service, today's maximum high temperature average is 39F and low is 29F

My understanding is an atmospheric-river is funneling warmer air and a lot more rainfall over the region

I am thinking of this BECAUSE it is that phenomenon that is dictating our lack of November snowfall and THUS the first day we see snowfall this season, because we always get snow here in Spokane in the winter and a lot of it.
