So in the new HBO series "It: Welcome to Derry" based on the novel by the author Stephen King, the bucolic, "river city" Derry, Maine, is the northernmost SAC air-force base.
Sound familiar, Fairchild?
Plausible for the region of the world in the real world in the state of Maine.
When I viewed the titles this series prequels, I made references to this locality
Looking back at my notes, the premiere date of Stephen King's "It: Chapter 2" is the same day as the grand opening of the refurbished U.S. Pavilion here in downtown, on the river
Some freaky weird shit they're putting out there, in these first few minutes of episode 1. This first season is still in progress, debut was last month.
Weird shit.
Might work on it more to see what they are putting out there
I find myself thinking there are 3 groups of people involved in this:
Me, simply the consumer. Makes me think of stuff to look for
The production people, just working to get paid to tell a story
THEY. The person(s) creating the weird stuff and clandestinely manipulating the production people to put it out there. They won't be stopped.

Beyond Skyline (2017)
The whole point was to not check the numbers until I got back.
A few hours later I discovered that astronaut statue.

Can't read a book or watch a video without it becoming more work for me
Said to myself that wasn't going to happen this morning, but now here I am, failing again
I'm about 42 minutes into the 2019 "It: Chapter Two"
At the beginning of the video, in the first few minutes,
At the scenes at the carnival, I stopped to make a note, but then decided to not finish it all as the plan formed in my conscious mind
So, it's sort of partial victory
Or maybe, partial failure
This note is in the line of my STATED OBJECTIVES for why I have a public presence, in the first place
If not for my inability to understand then I WOULD NOT have an online presence at all, at least, not in the sort of content I publish day after day.
I hope each and every day I can find an ending somewhere
If I were to maintain an online presence then it would only be for my amateur digital-photography hobby.
I've lost all hope of every taking up again my beloved triathlon, the way things are now
So, any, Pennywise.
The first few minutes of the video. They're at the carnival.
That seemed to compelling to me for a reason.
This sort of reason is *NEVER* ever never never meaningful for you personally.
*I* am the *only* person on this planet Earth with legitimate observation of this sort.
*Your* life is pathetic and meaningless and pointless and anything you think about is TOTALLY MEANINGLESS.
I'm watching that carnival scene in the first few minutes and I am thinking to myself how relevant that seems to earlier thoughts in my conscious mind
Can't recall precisely what I was doing earlier this morning but I think that was around the time I showered.
Suddenly, thoughts formed in my mind about an imagined conversations with Anne McClain, Spokane's only real astronaut.
Nothing like this really happens to me during waking hours.
I'm not going into full detail but I'm standing there and thoughts are clearly formed
Clear, detailed, thoughts of a conversation with her.
The topic was mainly about the USA Bronze Star medal
In the life of Kerry Burgess, the memory owned by me, sitting here at this desk, I have never received any medals for valor in the USA military
I've read that Anne McClain was awarded the Bronze Star
The closest I got was a Letter of Commendation from a US Navy Armed Forces Expedition, which included an official US Navy combat action ribbon, a unit award.
Strikes me as compelling, this morning
I've documented many similar occurrences.
I'm noting it now because I feel better about expressing it openly rather than sitting here at this desk and letting its craziness force my desk-chair into centripetal spinning
As I said, I'm only posting online because I'm trying to understand.
I throw out anything I can think of and I see what sticks.
