When I started to sense something, where 'something' is in direct response to someone else taking credit for 'something' that I read in the early morning hours of 27 April 2011 and after I made my last blog post that morning, there was a time about three days when I specifically sensed, in terms of just random imagination thoughts that I really didn't understand in terms of how it applied to the future, that the United States Senator Tom Coburn from Oklahoma was saying that full credit was going to me and the 'me' he was referring to is the person that is me, the author of this web log and I think, as I have before, that I am fortunate to still have this kind of public access. I am not paying anything for this internet address. I do not even have any kind of advertiser support for this internet connection. I don't know how these folks are recouping their losses for the revenue they spend to support this website they provide to me without charge. I, of course, created this website at the beginning much in the mindset of when I create an internet-email account. They offer it to me for free so what is that downside to me personally? So from there I have started to think about how a person in the United States of America would construct a portal of information that is critical to the national security of the United States of America. I glanced at the statistics for this website and I only glanced at the usage data and that data suggested that only a few hundred people had read my blog posts, and while that is possible, I feel that the statistics are being deliberately changed in a fraudulent attempt to make me think this message is not being well read. I don't really care, because for one reason I find that is sensible because I do not want to create a high-value in terms of advertising, which attracts racketeers, and this message was never intended to create a market for increased market capitalization. The only benefit I expect to receive is my back pay.

This report is entitled Birth Certificate Fraud. It was prepared following a review conducted to help HHS and other interested parties to gain a current overview of (1) the vulnerabilities to fraud in birth certificate forms and procedures of issuing and user agencies and (2) the best practices among State and local jurisdictions to minimize these vulnerabilities.

Over 7,000 State and local vital records offices issue birth certificates with no uniform standards for issuance processes, controls, or quality of documents. Mickey Mouse
Mickey Mouse is a cartoon character who has become a signature icon for The Walt Disney Company. Mickey Mouse was created in 1928 by Walt Disney and Ub Iwerks and voiced by Walt Disney for the first 20 years of his theatrical releases, as well as for his first television series, the original ABC-TV Mickey Mouse Club. The Walt Disney Company celebrates his birth as November 18, 1928, upon the release of Steamboat Willie, although Mickey had already appeared six months earlier in an unfinished silent version of Plane Crazy. (Steamboat Willie being the first Mickey Mouse Cartoon to be released). The anthropomorphic mouse has evolved from being simply a character in animated cartoons and comic strips to become one of the most recognizable symbols in the world.
First comic strip appearance
By this point Mickey had appeared in 15 commercially successful animated shorts and was easily recognized by the public. So Walt Disney was approached by King Features Syndicate with the offer to license Mickey and his supporting characters for use in a comic strip. Walt accepted and Mickey made his first comic strip appearance on January 13, 1930. The comical plot was credited to Walt Disney himself, art to Ub Iwerks and inking to Win Smith. The first week or so of the strip featured a loose adaptation of "Plane Crazy".

Plane Crazy is an animated cartoon, and the first Mickey Mouse cartoon to be produced by Walt Disney Productions
Mickey was apparently trying to fly an airplane to imitate Charles Lindbergh. After building his own airplane, he did a flight simulation to ensure that the plane is safe for flight but the flight failed,destroying the plane. Using a tractor and remains of his plane to create another plane, he asks Minnie to join him for its first flight after she presents him with a horseshoe for good luck. They take an out-of-control flight with exaggerated, impossible situations. An un-anthropomorphic cow briefly "rides" the aircraft. This is Clarabelle Cow making her first appearance, though the cow is actually an early, more "cowlike" predecessor of Clarabelle named Carolyn. Once Mickey regains control of the plane, he repeatedly tries to kiss Minnie. When she refuses, he uses force: he breaks her concentration and terrifies her by throwing her out of the airplane, catching her with the airplane, and he uses this to kiss her. Minnie then parachute out of the plane using her bloomers. While distracted by her, Mickey loses control of the plane and eventually crashes into a tree. Minnie then lands, and Mickey laughs at her. Minnie then storms off, rebuffing him. Mickey then angrily throws the good luck horseshoe given to him by Minnie and it boomerangs around a tree, hitting him and ringing around his neck.
