Jupiter. Different God, Same Monkeys.

Galileo.

Hard as hell with my cheap tripod to get these super-zoom images.

I can imagine him studying the night sky above with his crude telescope, that marvel of new technology - one *simple* invention - and beginning to learn - or possibly explained patiently to him by one of his intern-slaves - with dawning horror how those Jesus Christ monkeys were lying to him about the Universe.

The planet Jupiter was new to their study but the Earth's moon had been visible to human-monkeys for as long as they have been crapping on the surface of this planet Earth. It's characteristics were clearly understood as it swept across the night sky, filling their gullible and superstitious monkey-heads with terror, as today.

400 years ago Galileo could now see visually across the vast distance the similar characteristics of planet Jupiter and its motions.

Monkeys invented God and the scam-artist church leaders found a dependable revenue stream in human gullibility.

The technology of today is vastly superior to Galileo's time, in almost every aspect I can think of in our society.

But the phony brave, the gullible bible-thumpers aren't much changed. Why? Their cowardly terror of mortality. That's what connects modern man with Galileo's time.

The vast majority of the human-monkeys out there right now polluting this beautiful planet gleefully have made no positive contribution to the progress of Man.

You are dumb and stupid and you make others dumber and stupid.
