I do not use my mobile-phone for the internet. It is never even powered on
I use desktop personal computers for everything, other than for telephone service I never use. I would not have a telephone if not for certain websites that require a telephone number
Anyway, I do not get push-notifications for anything, e.g. Instagram
Anything on Instagram, which is only one place, that I find interesting is because I go there at random and manually check for new content.
