Another TRUTH that those morons of the religion-superstitions will not read here I have described before in my published notes
Many of those irreligious people are - rightfully - rejecting any of that religion, "spiritual", "karma" nonsense
Not for the right reasons, though
They are rejecting it because of individuals in their past
The mainstream-media often warns of the perverts of the Jesuit Catholic-superstition so it's presumably because of their own personal experiences
They are rejecting individuals, not the superstition nonsense they spew
They are miserable, pathetic people desperate for a way out and an end
This video is obviously a satire of the nonsense of any religion, and I am hoping it is entertaining for me today, so I am watching it instead of wading through more of the swamp of less-than-mediocre that is the Amazon Prime Video collection

The problem with those people, at least according to the words written I read, is they all say the same thing: they "don't believe in God"
As though they are rejecting belief in a God that does exist
When IN FACT, superstitious cavemen invented god(s)
Nothing to believe *in*
They should be stating their truth in such phrases as: they "don't believe in superstition, such as God"

Language, Truth, Logic, and God
by A. J. Ayer
It is to be remarked that in cases where deities are identified with natural objects, assertions concerning them may be allowed to be significant. If, for example, a man tells me that the occurrence of thunder is alone both necessary and sufficient to establish the truth of the proposition that Jehovah is angry, I may conclude that, in his usage of words, the sentence "Jehovah is angry" is equivalent to "It is thundering." But in sophisticated religions, though they may be to some extent based on men's awe of natural process which they cannot sufficiently understand

Quotes
Trevor Holden: You know, most belief systems are just a shared vocabulary for people in search of meaning. I think maybe the important thing is to just believe in something.
Abigail Paris: You mean something spiritual?
Trevor Holden: Something.
Abigail Paris: I don't believe in anything.
Trevor Holden: Yeah, you do. You believe in humanity. You believe that our future's at stake.
Abigail Paris: That's not spiritual.
Trevor Holden: Yeah, it is.

Quotes
Amanda Dunfrey: You don't have much faith in humanity, do you?
Dan Miller: None, whatsoever.
Amanda Dunfrey: I can't accept that. People are basically good; decent. My god, David, we're a civilized society.
David Drayton: Sure, as long as the machines are working and you can dial 911. But you take those things away, you throw people in the dark, you scare the shit out of them - no more rules.
