This avoids genuine debate by creating a diversion often using a totally irrelevant, but often highly charged attribute of the opponent's character or background. The most common form of this fallacy is "A" makes a claim of "fact", to which "B" asserts that "A" has a personal trait, quality or physical attribute that is repugnant thereby going off-topic, and hence "B" concludes that "A" has their "fact" wrong – without ever addressing the point of the debate.

I saw that he saw me as soon as he stepped through the security door and he was studying me from the distance.
There was the notion that he didn't believe I was sleeping but the simple fact was he was studying me because he didn't expect to see any other person in that section of the building.
The next part I can recall is that we were having a conversation. I have forgotten some details such as how there was some kind of larger danger somewhere.
The only part of our conversation I recall now is that I was making hand signals to communicate I wanted to show him my military identification card. I told him I am a general. I said something about my destination. There is some kind of building distant that I was trying to get to and I am left with the sense the place was a refuge from some kind of danger. I distinctly recall explaining the building had been established earlier by the US CIA. I recall I told him I worked for the CIA.
That's all I can recall now.
My world is a lot smaller now and usually those observations - as a source of something I have absolutely no control over - are of television programs I watch.
The prescient sleeping dreams about re-broadcast episodes are most convincing however the new broadcasts are convincing equally too because there are plot elements that are the fabric of the episode and that I was never aware of before actually watching the episode and after having my prescient sleeping dream.
Tonight I anticipate watching on ABC television the new episode of their television series "The Whispers."
You might recall how precisely one week ago I nailed that episode with my description of my sleeping dreams that I video recorded and posted here in the internet earlier that day and before that program broadcast on television that night. The same was true for the previous day with the season premiere of AMC's "Halt and Catch Fire".
So I wonder here "Why?"

The case is “time barred,” they argue, because the government had 10 years to bring the case “by obtaining a grand jury indictment.”
The charges that were filed are a criminal information — essentially a charge filed by prosecutors, not a grand jury indictment — and should therefore be dismissed, they argue.
Comey cannot be tried on the criminal information alone unless he waives indictment, which would be an unusual move. Prosecutors will still need to seek an indictment, if the court permits it, before Comey can be arrested on the charges, arraigned, enter a plea and ultimately be tried.
The case was unsealed by U.S. District Judge Trevor McFadden, who noted that the facts underlying the investigation “have been subject to considerable press coverage.”
McFadden said that while it is not unusual to “initially seal a charging instrument,” those are usually sealed only to aid the apprehension of a defendant.
Prosecutors maintain that the charges are timely and that Comey’s attorneys are misreading the applicable law.
A Justice Department spokesperson said in a statement that its filing was meant to “toll,” or pause, the statute of limitations.
“Filing a criminal information to toll the statute of limitations is a widely recognized practice in federal court and has been approved by multiple Circuit Courts of Appeals. This is an ongoing criminal investigation, and we will not comment further,” the spokesperson said.
Greg Rosen, a former supervisor in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, disputed that characterization.

For the first time I can ever recall, as I was using a bottle opener to open another bottle of Corona Extra beer, a small portion of the top of the bottle broke off along with the bottle cap. I didn't give it much thought and it wasn't that big a piece of glass but it was big enough to catch my attention and as best I recall now it was a circular piece of broken glass that came off with the bottle cap.
I took a drink of the beer bottle anyway and it cut my lip. My lip was actually bleeding but it was very minor and although I could still feel it the next day there was only a small amount of blood.

Corrobated by evidence I've discovered on the USS Wainwright Veterans Assocation, the way I remember it we returned to homeport in Charleston, South Carolina, on 07/09/1988.
