One crucial element of renouncing citizenship: ensuring that one already has obtained citizenship in another nation. Without that overlap, an individual risks being deemed “stateless,”

United States passport
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
United States passports are passports issued to citizens and nationals of the United States of America. They are issued exclusively by the U.S. Department of State. Besides passports (in booklet form), limited use passport cards are issued by the same government agency subject to the same requirements. It is unlawful for U.S. citizens and nationals to enter or exit the United States without a valid U.S. passport or Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative-compliant passport-replacement document, though there are many exceptions, waivers are generally granted for U.S. citizens returning without a passport, and the exit requirement is not enforced.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Restrictions
It is unlawful to enter or exit the United States without a valid passport or Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative-compliant passport-replacement document, or without an exception or waiver.
The use of passports may be restricted for foreign policy reasons. In September 1939, in order to preserve the United States' neutrality in relation to the breakout of World War II, then Secretary of State Cordell Hull issued regulations declaring that outstanding passports, together with passports issued thereafter, could not be used for travel to Europe without specific validation by the Department of State, and such validation could not last more than six months. Similar restrictions can still be invoked upon notice given in the Federal Register, and such notice was issued in 2017, so that passports were "declared invalid for travel to, in, or through the DPRK unless specially validated for such travel."
As confirmed in Haig v. Agee (1981), the administration may deny or revoke passports for foreign policy or national security reasons at any time, as well as for other reasons as prescribed by regulations. A notable example of enforcement of this was the 1948 denial of a passport to U.S. Representative Leo Isacson, who sought to go to Paris to attend a conference as an observer for the American Council for a Democratic Greece, a Communist front organization, because of the group's role in opposing the Greek government in the Greek Civil War. Denial or revocation of a passport does not prevent the use of outstanding valid passports. The physical revocation of a passport is often difficult, and an apparently valid passport can be used for travel until officially taken by an arresting officer or by a court.
The lack of a valid passport (for whatever reason, including revocation) does not render the U.S. citizen either unable to leave the United States, or inadmissible into the United States. The United States is a signatory of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, which guarantees residents of its signatories wide-ranging rights to enter or depart their own countries. In Nguyen v. INS, the Supreme Court stated that U.S. citizens are entitled "...to the absolute right to enter its borders." Lower federal courts went as far as to declare that "...the Government cannot say to its citizen, standing beyond its border, that his reentry into the land of his allegiance is a criminal offense; and this we conclude is a sound principle whether or not the citizen has a passport, and however wrongful may have been his conduct in effecting his departure." Therefore, even in the absence of a valid passport, U.S. citizens are not denied entry into the United States, though these travelers may be delayed while the CBP attempts to verify their identity and citizenship status. The U.S. does not exercise passport control on exit from the country, so the individual attempting to depart from the U.S. only needs to have valid documents granting him/her right to entry into the country of destination.

BARACK OBAMA
44th President of the United States: 2009 ‐ 2017
Statement on the Reauthorization of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act
March 23, 2010
Earlier today I signed into law the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, the health insurance reform bill passed by Congress. In addition to reducing our deficit, making health care affordable for tens of millions of Americans, and enacting some of the toughest insurance reforms in history, this bill also permanently reauthorizes the Indian Health Care Improvement Act, which was first approved by Congress in 1976.
As a Senator, I cosponsored this Act back in 2007 because I believe it is unacceptable that Native American communities still face gaping health care disparities. Our responsibility to provide health services to American Indians and Alaska Natives derives from the nation-to-nation relationship between the Federal and tribal governments. And today with this bill, we have taken a critical step in fulfilling that responsibility by modernizing the Indian health care system and improving access to health care for American Indians and Alaska Natives.
Note: H.R. 3590, approved March 23, was assigned Public Law No. 111-148.

October 27, 1994 BILL HIGGINS SPECIAL TO THE TIMES
The Scene: Monday's premiere of MGM's "Stargate" at Mann's Chinese with a party at the Palace. The film is a special-effects-filled science-fiction thriller with an ancient Egyptian theme. One writer, well-versed in the reigning buzzwords used to sell scripts, dubbed it " 'Die Hard' in a pyramid." [ Kerry's note: That is just completely dumb and moronic. "Happy Trails, Hans", both works refer to base8 number-systems. ]
Who Was There: The film's stars, James Spader and Jaye Davidson, who's best-known for "The Crying Game" (co-star Kurt Russell was in New York for the Letterman show); also on hand were director-writer Roland Emmerich, writer-producer Dean Devlin, executive producer Mario Kassar and 1,200 guests, including James Coburn, Adam Baldwin, Gary Busey, Kim Cattrall, Ed Begley Jr., Lesley Ann Warren, Rick Nicita, Jim Sheridan, and MGM's Frank Mancuso, Gerry Rich and Larry Gleason.
The Film Distilled: Jennifer Tilly said, "James Spader is a kind of a yuppie heartthrob, Kurt Russell is a kind of cowboy heartthrob, and then you have Jaye Davidson, who plays a hermaphrodite, [ Kerry's note: Completely moronic, as is obvious to anyone who's watched the production. There are absolutely no references to any type of gender ] which in itself is a really interesting special effect."
Quoted: Davidson, who said doing "Stargate" was "a lucky break," added, "Why didn't I work for two years after 'The Crying Game'? It's because Hollywood doesn't know what to do with me. I don't look normal. I look like a bit of a freak. It's not as though I'm going to get the roles Keanu Reeves turns down."
The Setting: It was a truly lively party with a large segment of the crowd dancinguntil 1 a.m. Part of the ambience came from muscular extras in ancient Egyptian costume who looked like bodybuilders from the King Tut gym. They wore loincloths that were a strong breeze away from being X-rated.
Chow: Ambrosia's Middle Eastern menu of stuffed grape leaves, hummus and fish skewers was served by staffers wearing turbans and robes a la John the Baptist. One guest called the style "early Tunisian drip-dry."
Fashion Standout: Davidson arrived at the screening in a shimmering, antique Indian sari woven from gold thread. He changed into jeans and T-shirt immediately afterward. "No way was I going to wear it to the party, bump into drunks and get cigarette burns," he said.
Local Wisdom: A film star's ex-wife said, "Being a celebrity is like having an all-access, backstage pass to life in Hollywood."

January 6: Second anniversary of marriage to Mileva Maric.
Early March: Begins to submit one-paragraph reviews of recent scientific papers on heat theory to the Beiblätter zu den Annalen der Physik — mainly summaries, with occasional critical remarks. By the end of the year 21 of these reviews were published.
March 14: His 26th birthday.
March 17: Sends Annalen der Physik his photoelectricity paper, “On a Heuristic Point of View concerning the Production and Transformation of Light.” Received March 18, published June 9.
May 14: First birthday of son, Hans Albert.
April 30: Submits his University of Zurich doctoral dissertation, “A New Determination of Molecular Dimensions.” (Published in 1906.)
May: Sends Annalen der Physik his Brownian Motion paper, “On the Movement of Small Particles Suspended in Stationary Liquids Required by the Molecular-Kinetic Theory of Heat.” Received May 11, published July 18.
Mid-May: Conceives special relativity theory (he later recalled that he sent the paper in for publication five or six weeks after the idea came to him).
June: Sends Annalen der Physik his special relativity theory paper, “On the Electrodynamics of Moving Bodies.” Received June 30, published 26 September.
July 27: Doctorate is approved unanimously by University of Zurich Philosophy II faculty (the degree was formally awarded January 15, 1906).
August: Sends Annalen der Physik his doctoral dissertation on size of molecules, received August 19, published with slight revisions February 8, 1906. This would become one of Einstein’s most frequently cited papers. It shows how to use fluid phenomena to determine Avogadro’s Number, which is related to the size of atoms (and for skeptics, their reality).
Late summer: Travels to Serbia with Mileva and their son, visiting friends and Mileva’s family.
September: Sends Annalen der Physik his mass-energy equivalence paper, “Does the Inertia of a Body Depend upon Its Energy Content?” Received September 27, published November 21. This paper contains the concept which would later be written E=mc².
October-November: Earns a little money by tutoring a student on electricity.
December: Sends Annalen der Physik another paper “On the Theory of Brownian Motion,” received December 19, published February 8, 1906. This paper improves and extends his mathematical development of the theory.

I read the pages of some of the most notable Climate Boo-Hoo'ers and I think to myself that "Stargate" is the answer.
"Stargate", of course, is not meant to be literal, I have always thought since my first discoveries
Discoveries that none of the people working there knew about
None of the people working at "Stargate" movies, tv, knew anything about my revelations until after I began publishing on the internet with my original work.
They were manipulated into creating the compelling details I've described.
That's been my theory.
Now, I don't believe "Stargate" is literal
But I do believe therein some truth
The *story* is a metaphor for something that is really fantastic
Is not just some stupid monument for some pathetic rich-guy who would be a pathetic loser if not for lottery

What makes "Stargate" seem to me a compelling solution is because it allows polluters to go elsewhere, somewhere off the planet so that their pollution is less-concentrated.
Sounds good, but even if I ever do get the ultimate secret figured out, isn't going to happen.
Why not is because the USA gov't will never allow a mass-exodus from this country.
In fact, they want more polluters stuffed in the borders of USA
Because loss of people is loss of tax revenue
