Those same "businesses and organizations" SHOULD NOT enjoy protection of the same U.S. government.

They should not enjoy access to legitimate and credible courts-systems, or any other authority in the USA

Authority in the USA should automatically enforce actions against those same "businesses and organizations"

Authority was established and protected by employees of the U.S. government, mostly in the form of military

If not for military force then there would be no justice in the USA

You can't have it both ways.

The U.S. government does not, and cannot, punish someone for such speech.

However, that doesn’t mean our words can’t have consequences. Businesses and organizations can’t stop someone from saying such things, but they can end their employment or membership.
