Seattle police officer dies after fall into water

A Seattle police officer who fell into the ship canal was pronounced dead this afternoon at Harborview Medical Center.
Jack Lone, an 18-year-veteran assigned to the Seattle Police Harbor Patrol, was on shore this morning, working with a partner trying to tie up a tug boat that had become loose and was drifting, according to police. At some point, the partner, who was on the tug, noticed that Lone had fallen in.
The partner called for help, quickly suited up and then dove into the water, eventually finding Lone submerged in about six feet of water. He had been without air for 8-10 minutes, according to police.
Lone was taken to Harborview, where he was pronounced dead at 1:06 p.m.
Lone was the first Harbor Patrol officer to die in the line of duty since the unit was founded in the early 1900s, police said. He had been assigned to the unit for five years.

This article about Monica Lewinsky, who is an active member of the criminal conspiracy to pirate my true identity, which has tremendous commercial value, reminds me of the details I have described about my creative input into my wife's movies. It reminds me of that red-striped uniform in "Fast Times At Ridgemont High" which could be because I, at least one time, wore the red-stripe on my Apollo lunar spacesuit to indicate I was the commander of that Apollo lunar mission. I would have made that association with my wife, as I was planning for the future when I finally get to tell her about my secret activities and I wanted her to know that I was thinking about her all that time I was keeping such major secrets from her. As far as another detail that is legitimately associated with my work is the scene where Phoebe has something that looks like feathers in her hair, which could be a reference to my association with the Apollo 11 Eagle lunar spacecraft, as
well as she could have visited me on aircraft carriers, where I was a U.S. Navy F-14 Tomcat, and where one slang name for USN aircraft carriers is "bird farm," suggesting she got those feathers in her hair from visiting me on the carrier. I also noted she wore a jacket in another movie that had "CV" as an emblem and that could represent the designation for conventional powered aircraft carriers. The are also the subtle details I have noted, which are not necessarily associated with clothing, but with her sitting on the diving board, with her feet in the water and with her hands under her legs. The diving board is symbolic of a similar structure on the bow of certain U.S. Navy aircraft carriers and she has her feet in the water to symbolize the "feet wet" aviator code. She has her hands under her legs as she sits on the diving board to symbolize me sitting in my F-14 Tomcat waiting to take off from the top of the aircraft carrier, where that was my
procedure for preventing my arms and hands from hitting the throttles and the powerful jolt of the catapult kicked me off the deck. There is the scene with the "Brad Hamiliton" character where it is plausible that he is wearing the dress blue U.S. Navy officer's jacket and Phoebe makes a gesture to indicate his hair is to long. The overall symbolism of that scene was to represent that coming home to Phoebe has always been as exciting to me as sitting there on the flight deck in my F-14 Tomcat with the wings fully extended and the engines screaming as I wait for the jolt of the catapult launcher kicking me off the deck and into the air. There are also possible connections within "Fast Times At Ridgemont High" to "An Officer And A Gentleman," where both premiered nationwide on the same day, along with "Pink Floyd The Wall."
Monica Lewinsky graduated, according to the information on the internet, with a psychology degree, which reminds me of the symbolism I created for Phoebe's character about going to live with her professor, who lectured on abnormal psychology. My objective in that scene with Phoebe's character was to establish that Phoebe and I were happily married and living together.

Clinton had wore the gold-and-blue patterned tie on Aug. 6, the first time Lewinsky testified before the grand jury, as well as June 24, the day he left for his trip to China, and July 9, during a visit to Georgia and Florida.
Starr's office apparently saw possibly greater significance in the tie. During Clinton's grand-jury testimony on Monday, prosecutors asked Clinton whether he was wearing a tie Lewinsky gave him on the day she testified and whether he was trying to send her a subtle signal, sources said, confirming a report in yesterday's New York Times. Clinton chuckled and said he did not remember.

A Proclamation
Courage and sacrifice are no strangers to America. In every war since our first struggle for independence, America's prisoners of war have endured terrible hardships and have been called upon to make extraordinary sacrifices. The bravery, perseverance, and profound devotion to duty of our POWs and MIAs have earned them a place of honor in the hearts of all Americans. Their heroism is an inspiration to future generations. Their spirit of hope and their commitment to the defense of freedom are a claim on our loyalty to them.
All Americans are also deeply moved by the pain and suffering endured by the families and friends of those who remain missing or unaccounted for. We share both their burden and their commitment to secure the release of any U.S. personnel who may still be held against their will, to recover the missing, to resolve the accounting, and to relieve the suffering of our missing servicemen. Until the P.O.W./M.I.A. issue has been resolved, it will continue to be a matter of the highest national priority. As a symbol of this national commitment, the P.O.W./M.I.A. Flag will fly over the White House, the Departments of State and Defense, the Veterans' Administration, and the Vietnam Veterans Memorial on September 19, 1986.
