In an office, my boss's boss, was telling me that I had made history today. She said something about me proving how a single person can make a difference. She handed me some stuff including a chain that you use for dog tags. I was looking at it and there was something about it being too long, or needing to have some links taken out of it. I don't recognize me boss's boss, but my boss was familar. The senior person told me that my boss appreciate's people that are passionate about their work, after I was commenting on how much I enjoy my work.

That dream I wrote about recently, where I was wearing a garment similar to “Neo’s” cassock-like garment from “Matrix Reloaded” also included Captain’s stipes on my shoulders. I was confused about that detail though because they seemed to be on epaulets and I don’t remember ever seeing a U.S. Navy officer’s uniform that had the rank stripes on epaulets. Last night I remembered that scene from “Crimson Tide” where the character Gene Hackman portrays in sitting in the ward room and his Captain stripes are on epaulets. So maybe that is a real USN uniform and I guess it is the shirt you would wear under the dress blue jacket. I can’t remember the name of that style of USN officer uniform but it is the one the Tom Cruise wore in court in “A Few Good Men.” It would make sense to have the stripes on flexible epaulets because the shoulder boards wouldn’t work well with a jacket over them.

I still can’t remember how it was I got up to Stampede Pass that time. I can visualize being up there but I can’t visualize anything about the vehicle I was driving. I sometimes want to say that I drove that blue RX-7 up there but that seems impossible. I would not have driven that car up a mountain on dirt roads. And even more weird, I can almost visualize myself sitting in there vehicle while I was there, but I can visualize absolutely no details about it. It is as though the details of the vehicle have been erased from my memory but everything thing else is there. I can remember driving down the mountain, but I can’t even visualize the windshield of the vehicle. I suspect this is the beginning of my real memory returning. I may start to realize the vehicle I was driving in that day and that will be a conflict because I will find myself thinking about how I never owned a vehicle like that.

the medic tells "Colonel Young" that he would need an MRI and a qualified doctor to read it in the dialog about his head wound and the paralysis in his legs and that reminds me of the doctor at the VA talking to me about the results from the catscan when I was inpatient at the VA. I later mentioned what I thought was something wrong with the top of my skull to the psychiatrist or psychologist or whatever he was and he seemed to look it over but he never gave me any useful information about it.

In that "House, M.D." episode I referred to in a previous section, "Dr. House" was later on a bus that was numbered 3872, which as I recall, was the one where they were recreating the crash in order to jog his memory.
The bus number he was on during the wreck was 4565. The injury left him with a cracked skull, reminding me of the traumatic head injury I received on 5/9/1985.

I feel like that is part of the manipulation. I have noticed something similar in real dreams, but I don't think it is the same here. I think they are disquising themselves in my dream for some reason. Anyway, if it really was her, she actually doesn't have to worry about dressing down if we were to go out. Of course, if I have my way, it would be a moot point because why would I want to go out with her when I am in such an ugly situation? At the minimum, I would want to be back to work so that I have regained some independence.

I wish I had written down these dreams shortly after I awoke. I don't remember as much detail now. But I think that illustrates how I am sensing the difference between these foreign or manipulated dreams and what would be normal dreams. I think the foreign dreams stay with me longer. I remember more of their detail. I can visualize the details in those dreams longer than I can the dreams I think of as normal. I still don't know if they are reading information to me or if they are simply reciting words that I construct into something that makes sense to me. When I had a recent dream with my so-called imaginary girlfriend the other day, I can still almost hear her voice. I don't know if that means she was literally talking while I was asleep, or that I just have heard her talking enough to be able to assign her voice to any suggestion that the dream manipulator attributes to her.
This morning I dreamed I was traveling down a four-lane road towards Shelton. I was on a bicycle but I was effortlessly traveling at 75 mph. I thought to myself that I should be wearing a helmet. Then I was on a dirt road. There was a turn I needed to make to go up to the mountains I wanted to go to, but I was traveling at 58 mph and wouldn't be able to make the turn so I kept going until I slowed down enough to turn.
