Michael DeWayne Brown (born November 8, 1954) was Undersecretary of Emergency Preparedness and Response (EP&R), a division of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), a position generally referred to as the director or administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). He was appointed in January 2003 by President George W. Bush and resigned September 2005 following his controversial handling of the devastation wrought by Hurricane Katrina. He subsequently became a vocal critic of the Bush Administration.
After Bush entered office in January 2001, Brown joined FEMA as General Counsel. He was the first person hired by his long-time friend, then-FEMA director Joe Allbaugh[11], who also ran Bush's election campaign in 2000. Allbaugh later named Brown his acting deputy director in September 2001. President Bush formally nominated him as deputy director on March 22, 2002, and the Senate confirmed him many months later. Soon thereafter Allbaugh left government and President Bush nominated Brown again in January 2003 for the directorship[12]. Brown was sworn in to his position on April 15, 2003.
On September 12, 2005, in the wake of what was widely believed to be feckless handling of the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and facing allegations that he had falsified portions of his résumé, Brown resigned, saying that it was "in the best interest of the agency and best interest of the president." [15]. His credibility with the public was further shaken when it emerged that he had had no emergency management experience before joining FEMA. The Boston Herald revealed that Brown had previously spent 11 years overseeing horse trial judges and stewards for the Arabian Horse Association, and that the Association had asked him to resign.
I was working at Microsoft and they had Tom Devey working around me and he had a distinctive resemblance to Colonel Ilan Ramon of the Israeli Air Force. At the same time, Microsoft transfered a woman named Ramona Ramadas to work closely with me and so that she would be present in all the video they were secretly recording of us. Her name would certainly be noticed because of the similarity to Ramadan. Earlier I sent details about how the Columbine massacre seems to associate my identity with that attack, along with Ramon's identity and my wife.

I can distinctly "remember" that he told us to be cautious during Ramadan because people would be on edge and he didn't want us to provoke any conflict.

Ilan Ramon (June 20, 1954 - February 1, 2003; ) was a combat pilot in the Israeli Air Force, and later the first Israeli astronaut. Ramon was the space shuttle payload specialist of STS-107, the fatal mission of Columbia, where he and the other crew were killed in a re-entry accident over Texas.

The school is located in Jefferson County, Colorado (near Denver and Littleton), U.S.. On Tuesday, April 20, 1999, the two launched a rampage, killing 12 classmates and one teacher. Both Harris, 18 years old, and Klebold, 17, committed suicide after the killings.

Operation Opera (also known as Operation Babylon and Operation Ofra) was an Israeli air strike against the Iraqi Osirak nuclear reactor (French: Osirak; Iraqi: Tammuz 1) in 1981.
In the late 1970s, Iraq purchased an "Osiris class" nuclear reactor from France. Israeli military intelligence assumed this was for the purpose of plutonium production to further an Iraqi nuclear weapons program. Israeli intelligence also believed that the summer of 1981 would be the last chance to destroy the reactor without exposing the Iraqi civilian population to nuclear fallout. After that point, the reactor would be loaded with nuclear fuel.
On June 7, 1981, a squadron of Israeli F-16A fighter aircraft, with an escort of F-15As, bombed and heavily damaged the Osirak reactor.
Colonel Ilan Ramon (later killed in the space shuttle Columbia disaster in 2003) describes the flight:
"We fly deep within Iraq, it is all desert around us while we pass another marking point on our route. I try to concentrate on flying my F-16, but from time to time I think about the target we are about to attack, and the responsibility we've got. The Kingdome was an indoor sports and entertainment arena owned and operated by King County, Washington. The Kingdome received its nickname from King County,[1] and was officially known as the King County Domed Stadium and often called the Dome. Before its destruction it was located at the west end of Seattle's Industrial District, just south of Pioneer Square. The building was completed in 1976 on reclaimed tideflat land formerly occupied by the Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway's freight yards. It served as home to the Seattle Mariners baseball team, the Seattle Seahawks American football team, and the Seattle SuperSonics basketball team for several years. The Kingdome was demolished by implosion on March 26, 2000 the implosion was filmed by legendary avant-garde/experimental filmmaker Jon Behrens. The footprint is now occupied by Qwest Field.

BOMBING OF USS COLE, ADEN, YEMEN
On October 12, 2000, two suicide pilots of a small bomb-laden boat pulled alongside of the USS Cole at midship, offered friendly gestures to several crew members, and detonated their explosives. The U.S. destroyer, en route to the Persian Gulf, was making a prearranged fuel stop at the port of Aden, Yemen, when the attack occurred. The blast ripped a hole in the side of the USS Cole approximately 40 feet in diameter and killed 17 U.S. Navy personnel. At least 40 other crew members were injured.
Numerous FBI field offices and legal attaches, several hundred FBI agents and support staff, and Joint Terrorism Task Force personnel took part in the investigation into the bombing of the USS Cole. The FBI also established a cooperative working relationship with the Government of Yemen. Investigation revealed that the USS Cole bombing followed an unsuccessful attempt on January 3, 2000, to bomb another U.S. Navy ship, the USS The Sullivans. In this earlier incident, the boat sank before the explosives could be detonated; however, the boat and the explosives were salvaged. The boat was then refitted and the explosives were tested and reused in the USS Cole attack.
This was his first shuttle flight, according to information on the internet, and he was the pilot of space shuttle flight STS-107.

STS-107 was a space shuttle mission by NASA using the Space Shuttle Columbia, launched January 16, 2003. The seven-member crew was killed on February 1, 2003 when the shuttle disintegrated during re-entry into the Earth's atmosphere. The cause of the accident was a piece of foam that broke off during launch and damaged the thermal protection system components (reinforced carbon-carbon panels and thermal protection tiles) on the leading edge of the left wing of the Shuttle orbiter, causing an extensive heat build-up. During re-entry the damaged wing slowly overheated and came apart, eventually leading to loss of control and total disintegration of the vehicle.

I was 10.7 years old when Apollo 12 launched. There were 5 manned Apollo flights before Apollo 12 and 5 manned Apollo flights after Apollo 12. I assume this was the reason for scheduling Ilan Ramon to fly on space shuttle flight STS-107. There is probably some other factor that I have not yet remembered or discovered, as I am not certain how many of these details, if any, I created. I assume I left instructions with NASA before I left on this deployment and the details I wanted to be associated with.
