Ellsworth Milton (E.M.) Statler (October 26, 1863 - April 16, 1928) was a U.S. hotel businessman born near Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.

He built his first permanent Statler Hotel in 1907, in Buffalo, New York (it being the first major hotel to have a private bath or shower and running water in every room). Future hotels constructed by E. M. Statler were located in Cleveland (1912), Detroit (1915), St. Louis (1917), New York (the Hotel Pennsylvania, built by the Pennsylvania Rail Road and leased to Statler and Franklin J. Matchette in 1919; later bought by the Hotels Statler Company in 1948), a new hotel in Buffalo (1923; the previous Hotel Statler in Buffalo was renamed the Hotel Buffalo and sold later in the 1920s), and his last hotel, built in Boston (1927).

The Hotels Statler Company went on to build several other hotels after Statler's death in 1928. These were located in Washington, D. C. (1943), Los Angeles (1952), Hartford, Conn. (1954) and construction was underway on the Dallas house in 1954 when Conrad Hilton bought the Hotels Statler Company for the sum of $111 million – at that time the largest real estate transaction in history. The Dallas hotel was opened as the Statler Hilton in 1956.

Back to the Future (1985)

Marty McFly: Do you know where Riverside Drive is?

Sam Baines: It's on the other end of town, a block past Maple. East end of town.

Marty McFly: A block past Maple? That's John F. Kennedy Drive.

Sam Baines: Who the hell is John F. Kennedy?

I am the "Abnormal Psych Professor" that Phoebe's character in the 1982 "Fast Times At Ridgemont High" went to live with after graduating from "Ridgemont High" to attend college at "Riverside." I also note that the zip code for Riverside, New Jersey, is 08075. I was 8075 days old on 4/12/1981, which was the day of the first launch of the space shuttle. The "Star Trek" website also indicates that "James T. Kirk" was born in Riverside, IA, USA. The postal abbreviation for Iowa reminds me of "Intelligence Agent." I believe these are all relevant details to this topic because I have formal business relationships with the organizations that produce those works of art.

Back to the Future (1985)

[Stella Baines is Marty's future grandmother]

Stella Baines: Marty, you look so familiar to me. Do I know your mother?

Marty McFly: [turning to look at Lorraine, his mother in the future] Yeah, I think maybe you do...

The plot element of the 1985 movie "Back To The Future" with the hook that he uses to connect with the cable reminds me of an F-14 Tomcat making an arrested landing on the flight deck of an aircraft carrier. There is also the plot element of how they keep asking if he is in the Coast Guard.

Biff Tannen: What are you looking at butthead?

Skinhead: Hey Biff, get a load of this guy's life preserver. Dork thinks he's gonna drown.

The scene with the dialog quoted, as referenced, makes me wonder about Scooter Libby and the similarity to the word 'Libya' as well as those Ilan Ramon look-alikes that Microsoft-Corbis placed around me as they secretly videotaped us when I worked there all those years with my official United States federal undercover identity.

I also find myself thinking about how I don't own a bullet-proof vest.

Back to the Future (1985)

Dr. Emmett Brown: Oh, my God, they found me, I don't know how, but they found me. Run for it Marty.

Marty McFly: Who? Who?

Dr. Emmett Brown: Who do you think? The Libyans.

Marty McFly: Holy shit!

Lorraine Baines: Kids, we're gonna have to eat this cake by ourselves. Your Uncle Joey didn't make parole again.

[drops the cake on the dining table. It reads "Welcome Home, Uncle Joey"]

Lorraine Baines: It would be nice if you all dropped him a line.

Marty McFly: Uncle "Jailbird" Joey?

Dave McFly: He's *your brother*, Mom.

Linda McFly: Yeah.

[taking rollers out of her hair]

Linda McFly: I think it's a major embarrassment having an uncle in prison.

Lorraine Baines: We all make mistakes in life, children.

The space shuttle flight STS-27 launched 33.59 months after 2/14/1986. I recognize the date 2/14/1986 as when I was shot down by anti-aircraft fire somewhere in Africa. I would have turned 27 years old while a Prisoner of War of Libya.

The flight before this one was STS-26 and that was the first after the Challenger exploded. The flight STS-26 also represented a change back to the original designation system for flights and I noted that I was still 26 years old on 2/14/1986 when I became a prisoner of war in Libya.

Launch: December 2, 1988
Landing: December 6, 1988

STS-27 was a space shuttle mission by NASA using the Space Shuttle Atlantis. It was the 27th shuttle mission, and the 3rd for Atlantis, 2nd after the Challenger disaster. It carried a payload for the U.S. Department of Defense.

The Space Shuttle Atlantis (OV-104), at the time the youngest in NASA's fleet, made its third flight in a classified mission for the Department of Defense (DoD).
