I have found nothing that explains why I have had to spend 9.52 years, so far, away from home on this pointless deployment.
My assignment, simply, I assume, is to facilitate the removal of corrupted public officials from regional and federal U.S. government and to guarantee the prosecution and punishment of those same corrupted public officials.

44 - Remarks at the Swearing In of George Bush as Director of Central Intelligence.
January 30th, 1976
The appointment of George Bush as your new Director matches a good man with a good team. George Bush assumes the leadership of the intelligence community at a very critical point in its history--critical because national and international attention is focused on your work now as never before.
Because much of your work depends on secrecy and because secrecy adds a new aura of mystery and intrigue, there is the natural tendency for extraordinary attention to be paid to the intelligence community when allegations are made that it has not functioned as it should.

Proclamation 4413 - National Day of Prayer for Americans Missing in Action in Southeast Asia
January 21st, 1976
Three years have passed since the signing of the Paris Agreement ending United States combat involvement in the Vietnam War.
That agreement contained specific provisions for the accounting of combatants designated as missing in action, and for the return of the remains of American war dead.
Despite this long passage of time, and despite the fact the war is now over, a satisfactory accounting still has not been completed. A cruel shadow of doubt hangs over hundreds of American families who have no knowledge of the whereabouts of their loved ones.
This Nation continues to explore every avenue of potential progress toward a resolution of this painful and frustrating situation. The recent Presidential visit to the People's Republic of China brought forth some hope for progress in this matter. The efforts of a Select Committee of the Congress to account for missing persons also have met with some success.
As we continue these efforts, it is essential for the Nation to be always mindful of the plight of the men whose circumstances are unknown and of the families whose sorrow we know only too well.
Further, it is important that all of us recall that the watchful eye of our Creator is upon us and upon those we love. We take comfort in the fact that each of us, in our own way, may call upon our God for guidance, for solace, and for strength to endure.
It is thus fitting for the entire country to join in one voice to declare our unalterable commitment to seek the fullest possible accounting for those lost in combat.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, GERALD R. FORD, President of the United States of America, do hereby designate Sunday, January 25, 1976, as a National Day of Prayer for Americans Missing in Action in Southeast Asia.
I call upon all Americans and all churches throughout the Nation to mark this day with prayers for these brave men and for their families.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this twenty-first day of January, in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred seventy-six, and of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundredth.
GERALD R. FORD

Thank you very much, Admiral Howell, Dr. Harrington, Colonel Williams, Gold Star Mothers, ladies and gentlemen:
We observe today an occasion of somber reflection and grateful praise. As we honor the mothers of men who gave their lives in the service of their country, we have cause once again to honor the brave men themselves.
Although our hearts are still mourning the loss of loved ones, we can draw inspiration from the knowledge that their supreme sacrifice was made in the defense of our Nation's noblest ideals.

591 - Telephone Remarks on the Dedication of the Bicentennial Exposition on Science and Technology at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
June 14th, 1976
Dr. Fletcher, Congressman Teague, Congressman Frey, distinguished guests, ladies and gentlemen:
I'm extremely happy to have this chance to send my greetings and very best wishes on the dedication of the Science and Technology Exposition. I am honored to congratulate all who took part in creating this very important Bicentennial program. This massive, combined effort, planned and carried out by NASA, 16 other Federal agencies, and a number of corporations and institutions of higher learning, represents the same spirit of cooperation and mutual support that enabled Americans to venture from Cape Canaveral to the Moon and back.
The Kennedy Space Center is the fitting location for this exposition. In just 20 years it has become historic ground in the United States as well as in the world.
The brave astronauts of the Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo programs and their dedicated support teams represent the finest qualities in American science and technology. The Space Center and the fabulous story behind it has become a part of America's national heritage. More than just a story of technical expertise, it is a superb story of courage, perseverance and strength, of determination and of faith. It's another chapter in America's history of reaching out to the unknown that began when the first colonists set sail across an unfriendly sea to an unexplored continent.
America's future is itself unchartered territory, but I am confident we will face that challenge with the same courage and imagination that have marked all of our voyages into the unknown.

Proclamation 4447 - National Bicentennial Highway Safety Year, 1976
June 30th, 1976
Millions of Americans-men, women, and children-are planning to see and participate in Bicentennial activities. An expected twenty million visitors from abroad will also participate.
The overwhelming majority of those involved in Bicentennial related activities will travel on the Nation's roadways. Since the beginning of the automobile age, over two million Americans have died on our Nation's highways. This exceeds the combined total of all the fatalities suffered in all the wars that this country has fought since its founding.
The Congress has requested (H.J. Res. 726) that the necessity for highway safety be recognized by Presidential proclamation so that our Bicentennial year does not become one of unparalleled carnage and slaughter on the highways.

Apollo 8 was the second successful manned mission of the Apollo space program, in which Commander Frank Borman, Command Module Pilot James Lovell and Lunar Module Pilot William Anders became the first humans to orbit the Moon.
The only thing left for the crew now was to perform the Trans-Earth Injection or TEI, which would occur 2½ hours after the end of the television transmission. This was the most critical burn of the whole flight. If the SPS failed to ignite, then the crew would be stuck in orbit around the Moon, with only about 5 more days of oxygen and no chance of escape. Once again, the burn had to be performed while the crew was out of contact with Earth, on the far side of the Moon.
The burn occurred perfectly on time. The spacecraft telemetry was reacquired as it re-emerged from behind the Moon at 89 hours, 28 minutes, and 39 seconds, the exact time predicted. When voice contact was regained, Lovell announced, "Please be informed, there is a Santa Claus", to which Ken Mattingly, the capcom, replied, "That's affirmative, You are the best ones to know". It was Christmas Day, 1968.

Proclamation 5687—Thanksgiving Day, 1987
July 28th, 1987
Thanksgiving Day is one of our most beloved holidays, an occasion set aside by Americans from earliest times to thank our Maker prayerfully and humbly for the blessings and the care He bestows on us and on our beautiful, bountiful land. Through the decades, through the centuries, in log cabins, country churches, cathedrals, homes, and halls, the American people have paused to give thanks to God, in times of peace and plenty or of danger and distress.
Acknowledgement of dependence on God's favor was, in fact, our fledgling Nation's very first order of business. When the delegates to the First Continental Congress met in Philadelphia in 1774, they overcame discord by uniting in prayer for our country. Despite the differences among them as they began their work, they found common voice in the 35th Psalm, which concludes with a verse of joyous gratitude, "And my tongue shall speak of thy righteousness and of thy praise all the day long."
This year, of course, our Thanksgiving Day celebration coincides with the Bicentennial of the Constitution. In 1789 the government established by that great charter of freedom, and "the civil and religious liberty with which we are blessed," were cited by George Washington in the first Presidential Thanksgiving Proclamation as among "the great and various favors" conferred upon us by the Lord and Ruler of Nations. As we thank the God our first President called "that great and glorious Being, who is the beneficent Author of all the good that was, that is, or that will be," we have even greater cause for gratitude than the fresh triumphs that inspired Washington's prose. We have seen the splendor of our natural resources spread across the tables of the world, and we have seen the splendor of freedom coursing with new vigor through the channels of history. The cause for which we give thanks, for which so many of our citizens through the years have given
their lives, has endured 200 years—a blessing to us and a light to all mankind.
On Thanksgiving Day, 1987, let us, in this unbroken chain of observance, dedicate ourselves to honor anew the Author of Liberty and to publicly acknowledge our debt to all those who have sacrificed so much in our behalf. May our gratitude always be coupled with petitions for divine guidance and protection for our Nation and with ready help for our neighbors in time of need.
Now, Therefore, I, Ronald Reagan, President of the United States of America, do hereby proclaim Thursday, November 26, 1987, as a National Day of Thanksgiving, and I call upon the citizens of this great Nation to gather together in homes and places of worship on that day of thanks to affirm by their prayers and their gratitude the many blessings God has bestowed upon us.
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty-eighth day of July, in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred and eighty-seven, and of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundred and twelfth.

Proclamation 5788—National Former Prisoners of War Recognition Day, 1988
April 1st, 1988
It is truly fitting that America observe April 9 in recognition of our former prisoners of war; that date is the 46th anniversary of the day in 1942 when U.S. forces holding out on the Bataan Peninsula in the Philippines were captured. Later, as prisoners of war, these gallant Americans were subjected to the infamous Bataan Death March and to other inhumane treatment that killed thousands of them before they could be liberated. In every conflict, brutality has invariably been meted out to American prisoners of war; on April 9 and every day, we must remember with solemn pride and gratitude that valor and tenacity have ever been our prisoners' response.
That is clear from the words of then-Captain Jeremiah Denton, USN, when he and other U.S. prisoners of war were freed in 1973 after years of captivity in North Vietnam. "We are honored to have had the opportunity to serve our country under these difficult circumstances," Captain Denton said. Implacable and incredible courage, endurance, faith, and patriotism were behind those words—eloquent and immortal testimony to the spirit of America's Armed Forces in the Vietnam War and throughout our history.
The term "difficult circumstances" referred to nothing less than physical and mental torture, starvation, disease, separation from loved ones, and deprivation of medical treatment—an ordeal that for some, in every conflict, did not end until death. To their brave families we offer solace and salute. To our former prisoners of war who endured so much, we say that with your example and with God's help we will seek to meet the standards of devotion you have set; we will never forget your service or your sacrifice.
The Congress, by Public Law 100-269, has designated April 9, 1988, as "National Former Prisoners of War Recognition Day" and authorized and requested the President to issue a proclamation in observance of this event.
Now, Therefore, I, Ronald Reagan, President of the United States of America, do hereby proclaim April 9, 1988, as National Former Prisoners of War Recognition Day, and I urge all Americans to observe this day of remembrance with appropriate ceremonies and activities.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this first day of April, in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred and eightyeight, and of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundred and twelfth.

On January 20, 1981, twenty minutes after President Reagan's inaugural address, the hostages were formally released into U.S. custody, having spent 444 days in captivity. The hostages were flown to Algeria as a symbolic gesture for the help of that government in resolving the crisis, where former President Carter, acting as an emissary for the Reagan administration, received them. The flight continued to Rhein-Main Air Base in West Germany. After medical check-ups and debriefings they took a second flight to Stewart Air Force Base in Newburgh, New York and a bus ride to the United States Military Academy, receiving a hero's welcome all along the route.

Proclamation 5747—National Family Week, 1987
November 19th, 1987
The destiny of America is shaped not only by events within the councils of government, industry, and finance, but also by the hand of God and the life and the love in each and every home in our Nation. America's families are a tremendous source of strength and faith and freedom for our children and our country, and during National Family Week we recognize this truth and pay glad tribute to the families of our land.
The family is a source of well-being, a place to give and receive love and to learn and live our traditions and the virtues and the values of responsibility, selflessness and self-reliance, loyalty, mutual respect, fairness, and the power of faith. In families we also come to know our inherent dignity and worth as individuals and to enjoy the Godgiven rights that are the basis of freedom.
We must remember during National Family Week, and especially during the Bicentennial of the Constitution, that freedom, the family, and the individual have everything to do with each other. That is a truth that the Founders of our country knew well. The more the integrity of the family is fostered—the more social and public policy influences that weaken the family are eliminated—the stronger is freedom and the healthier is society. Let us forever remember this personally and as a people, for the good of our families and the good of our country.
The Congress, by Public Law 100-166, has authorized and requested the President to proclaim the week of November 22 through November 28, 1987, as "National Family Week."
Now, Therefore, I, Ronald Reagan, President of the United States of America, do hereby proclaim the week of November 22 through 28, 1987, as National Family Week. I invite the Governors of the several States, the chief officials of local governments, and all Americans to celebrate this week with appropriate ceremonies and activities.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this nineteenth day of November, in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred and eighty-seven, and of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundred and twelfth.

I think I was at the time still living in Pioneer Square gulag homeless shelter, during that time of the 300 days I lived in there without even control over a light switch or even simple privacy in a bathroom and I didn't have control of a television and I didn't care about interacting with the other homeless people because their has been so much craziness surrounding me all these years on this assignment. That title makes me think of that trial a long time again. Something similar to the "monkey lawsuit."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scopes_Trial
The "Scopes Trial" (Scopes v. State, 152 Tenn. 424, 278 S.W. 57 (Tenn. 1925), often called the "Scopes Monkey Trial") was a watershed in the creation-evolution controversy that pitted lawyers William Jennings Bryan and Clarence Darrow against each other (the latter representing teacher John Thomas Scopes) in an American legal case that tested a law passed on March 13, 1925, which forbade the teaching, in any state-funded educational establishment in Tennessee, of "any theory that denies the story of the Divine Creation of man as taught in the Bible, and to teach instead that man has descended from a lower order of animals." This is often interpreted as meaning that the law forbade the teaching of any aspect of the theory of evolution.
John Scopes, a high school teacher, was arrested for teaching evolution from a chapter in a textbook which showed ideas developed from those set out in Charles Darwin's book The Origin of Species. The famous trial was made infamous by the fictionalized accounts given in the 1955 play Inherit the Wind, the 1960 Hollywood motion picture and the 1965, 1988 and 1999 television films of the same name.
The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) had offered to defend anyone accused of teaching the theory of evolution in defiance of the Butler Act. George Rappleyea, who managed several local mines, convinced a group of businessmen in Dayton, Tennessee, then a town of 1,800, that the controversy of such a trial would give Dayton much publicity.
It also reminds me of thoughts I have had about the notion of the "giant leap for mankind," in that it could represent, not only how far Apollo 11 had to travel to the Moon, but also that a 10 year old was there on the Moon. Something about my capabilities at such a young age. I have been thinking also that I wrote that line about "one small step for a man" because, as a 10 year old, my stride was a lot shorter than you would see from an adult. Hence, to an observer, seeing me walk on the Moon, the observer that I was talking short steps for someone that is supposed to be an adult. It's probably something we considered as we were cautious about not getting Armstrong and me into the same video frame.
And none of this was done simply because I am some celebrity. There were certain arrangements made that are represented by all this as part of my participation in a secret mission of the utmost importance and of which I made great personal risk and sacrifice in order to ensure that mission was completed successfully.
There is also the notion that I risked so much in spite of the possibility that I and those I cared most about, such as Phoebe, had a safe shelter to endure the comet strike and the aftereffects. Although it stands by itself as plot element in the context of the movie "Midway," that could be the reason for the "Haroku" character being interred with her family in that movie.
Or those people who would not have access to shelter from the comet impact told me that she and her family would not have access to shelter in order to motivate me more to succeed in my mission, which would save all their lives.
Or she and her family would have access to shelter, and as the leading instrumental sounds on the final track of the 1975 "Wish You Were Here" album which was the second part of "Shine On You Crazy Diamond," I couldn't conscience the idea of the sounds of millions of people screaming as they saw the tsunami rise out of the ocean following the comet impact on Earth. So I was fully committed to the success of my mission and if the comet did strike the Earth, then it was only because I had failed my mission, and I was the first sentient Terran the comet had killed, although I was a long ways from Earth when it killed me.
These details I have described are part of the arrangment that was made for me and my family, as my mission was privately funded, to ensure that my rights were protected while also protecting the public from the panic associated with a new awareness of the danger of a comet hitting the Earth. The notion was that awareness of such possibility of catastrophy would be raised over decades, in forms of art, literature, research, etc.
One problem, an aftereffect of my past heroics, is that my successes made me a tempting target for organized crime because there is so much commercial value tied to my personal activities. That organized crime activity is being led by Microsoft-Corbis and their corrupted public officials in the U.S. government. The EU authorities make news about prosecuting Microsoft's illegal activities but the useless efforts of the EU has the same effect as giving a manicure to the pack of rapid jackals and hyenas that is Microsoft-Corbis and their criminal conspirator accomplices, such as George H.W. Bush, George W. Bush, Dave Reichert, Larry Carr, Ron Sims, Rudolph Guiliani, to name a few.
This next movie premiered 124 weeks, 4 days, before 5/1/1967. I have also thought many times over the years about how much I liked this movie and that it is my favorite movie. I was watching it one time a few years ago and that actress who portrays his love interest left me with a profound sense of loneliness. I have also wondered if this is the source of the "Goose" character's name from the 1986 "Top Gun."
Assuming this movie was scheduled to point to 5/1/1967, it would reinforce the notion that I trained a long time for my first flight in a fighter jet. Or I scheduled that first flight so I could associate with this movie.

Philip Morin Freneau ( January 2, 1752 – December 18, 1832 ) was a notable American poet, nationalist, polemicist, sea captain and newspaper editor.
Freneau was born in New York City, the oldest of the five children of Huguenot wine merchant Pierre Fresneau and his Scottish wife. Philip was raised in Monmouth County, New Jersey where he studied under William Tennent, Jr.. His father died in 1767, and he entered the College of New Jersey, now Princeton University, as a sophomore in 1768 to study for the ministry.
Freneau's close friend at Princeton was James Madison, a relationship that would later contribute to his establishment as the editor of the National Gazette. He graduated in 1771, having written the poetical History of the Prophet Jonah, and, with Hugh Henry Brackenridge, the prose satire Father Bembo's Pilgrimage to Mecca.
Following his graduation from Princeton, Freneau tried his hand at teaching, but quickly gave it up. He also pursued a further study of theology, but gave this up as well after about two years. As the Revolutionary War approached in 1775, Freneau wrote a number of anti-British pieces. However, by 1776, Freneau left America for the West Indies, where he would spend time writing about the beauty of nature. In 1778, Freneau returned to America, and rejoined the patriotic cause. Freneau eventually became a crew member on a revolutionary privateer, and was captured in this capacity. He was held on a British prison ship for about six weeks. This unpleasant experience, detailed in his work, "The British Prison Ship" would precipitate many more patriotic and anti-British writings throughout the revolution and after.
