These officers are guilty of severe treason against the United States federal and as Fleet Admiral Thomas Reagan and as General of the Armies of the United States of America I order the irrevocable sentence of capital punishment for Captain Dee L. Mewbourne and Rear Admiral Kurt W. Tidd. My orders are to be executed immediately and Captain Dee L. Mewbourne and Rear Admiral Kurt W. Tidd are to receive capital punishment by firing squad for their severe treason against the United States federal goverment.
