I still expect some kind of total darkness across this planet is going to happen sometime in the near future and similar to how the neighboring planet causes the long-duration eclipse in this film. But I think the reason for the planet causing the eclipse is because, since the planet is a ringed planet, this detail has something to do with the legacy of my visit to the planet Jupiter in 1976 and my subsequent return to planet Earth with what are now colonists from the Jupiter moon Callisto. One detail I ponder is how that eclipse-causing planet seems to be a solid body planet instead of a gas giant as is the planet Jupiter. My guess is this detail explains how those humans could survive in such near proximity to such a large neighboring planet as I guess the radiation from any gas giant planet, which are failed stars, as I understand it.
I guess these colonists I brought to Earth from the Jupiter moon Callisto still have a biological need for darkness since they evolved under the ice cover of the ocean of the Jupiter moon Callisto where light from the Sun has never penetrated.

I have also been thinking that my work nowadays is designed as a test of futility. The test being measured is just how humans have been turned by these colonists. The colonists from Jupiter want me to fail and because the colonists want to eat every living creature on the planet so if I fail then the destruction of the human race is justified.

Perhaps the overriding theory about any of this is that the colonists are making a demonstration about which species as a collection is more grateful to me.
