According to an internet website I am viewing and that is supposedly realtime data on that United States NASA satellite the satellite is actually rising in altitude right now.
I have only started monitoring the realtime data since it made a pass almost directly over Seattle about a half-hour ago.
I have watched it climb more than a mile in altitude since I started writing this post.
As the current time here is Seattle is Friday 9:57 PM 23 September 2011 the satellite should make one more pass in the general area of western Washington state before midnight but I don't think the next pass will be over the state and will instead pass off the coast to the west of the state and into Canada.
