I actually awoke from a dream, now yesterday, a couple hours ago, that made me look through again the topic of this official statement against George Bush and his crew of active inter-state racketeers. The dream wasn't obvious in terms of *why* I should review again that title. Oh, wait, it kind of was obvious. In the dream, I had climbed aboard some kind of transport vehicle, that sort of resembled an American recreational vehicle, of which I have been on none in the past twenty years, at least, that I can now recall. So I sat down on a small seat next to a small window and I had a sense of claustrophobia in the dream sitting there next to that small window that was rolled down a small amount and I looked to my left and I saw that I had sit down a gallon jug container with fresh water in it and I looked forward to another person I do not recognize from anywhere and I heard myself say "I sure don't want to be here today." I was aware we were both wearing green military jackets and I have been thinking ever since waking up that we were on a military transport aircraft. Earlier I had seen my brother lean out the front door of another white RV vehicle, which seemed to be brand new, and he also had a jug of water to carry with him as he was waiting for the RV I was on to arrive and so he could get onboard with us. I became aware of my father Joseph Wayne Burgess when I saw that new RV and I started thinking, either in the dream or just waking up, about how he had been a truck driver. The dream seemed to have details, that I guess was joke I was making in reality and that was being expressed as a memory in my dream while asleep, about the guy sitting in the drivers seat being a bus driver and giving him money for the bus fare.

KINGSVILLE - President Bush called Friday for Americans to land on Mars within 30 years, heralding a "new age of exploration.' He called for an expanded manned exploration of space in the interest of "regaining and maintaining America's high-tech competitive edge.' His comments in a commencement address at Texas A&I University were reminiscent of President Kennedy's call for a manned mission to the moon by 1970. But Bush's timetable for a Mars landing was considerably less ambitious.
"Thirty years from now I believe man will stand on another planet," he said, announcing his desire to put American astronauts on Mars by the year 2019, the 50th anniversary of the Apollo landing on the moon.
"It's time to open up the final frontier," the president told the 407 A&I graduates. "America's space program is what civilization needs to begin this journey and to perfect the commitment to go beyond.' Bush's speech was mostly a restatement of the goals he spelled out July 20, 1989, when he first called for a manned Mars mission and the establishment of a permanent space station and a base on the moon.
But, the A&I speech marked the first time he had set a timetable and reflected increased concern that America's leadership role in science and technology has been eclipsed by Japan and some European countries. Privately, some government officials are already warning that a unified Germany could pose the most serious threat to the U.S. standing.
Bush's remarks drew quick praise from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and the Planetary Society, an influential public interest group headed by astronomer Carl Sagan that advocates joint exploration of Mars with the Soviets.
"I think (Bush) is sending a signal this is for real and that he's going to fight for it," said Bruce Murray, vice president of the Planetary Society and a professor of planetary science at the California Institute of Technology.
Murray said the timing of Bush's remarks was particularly significant because they came just days before the administration's budget summit with Congress, where some lawmakers say the $500 billion dollar price tag for the Mars initiative is too high.
"The agency couldn't help but be happy. It was certainly an uplifting speech, and it's certainly nice to know that you have a president who is behind what you believe in," said NASA spokesman David Garrett in Washington.
In his speech, Bush said: "Together, these objectives form the cornerstone of my administration's far-reaching plan for investing in America's future.

Motive (law)
In law, especially criminal law, a motive is the cause that moves people to induce a certain action. Motive in itself is seldom an element of any given crime; however, the legal system typically allows motive to be proven in order to make plausible the accused's reasons for committing a crime, at least when those motives may be obscure or hard to identify with.
The law technically distinguishes between motive and intent. Each and every day of the year -- and at every hour of the day -- our Nation's law enforcement officers walk the thin blue line, putting themselves in harm's way to protect the lives and the property of their fellow Americans. Statistics provided by the Department of Justice underscore the risks and sacrifices that they accept for our sake: on average, one officer dies in the line of duty every 57 hours; that is, 150 law enforcement personnel each year. Another 20,000 are injured, and some 60,000 are assaulted. Because such numbers, like news headlines, can too often belie the reality of human suffering, we must always remember that each of these officers is a beloved son or daughter, a husband or wife, a sister or brother, a mother or father, or a friend.
This year, on October 15, the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial will be dedicated in Washington, D.C., to honor these American heroes. The names of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country are inscribed along the Memorial's "Pathway of Remembrance." They include names such as that of U.S. Marshal Robert Forsyth, who, in 1794, became the first American law enforcement officer to die in the line of duty. He was killed while serving an arrest warrant.
