[14:00:02] SARA GANIM, CNN CORRESPONDENT: She is a 25-year-old woman who is now in jail in Stillwater. They also said this, they have this crash reconstruction team on the scene to figure out what happened. But you can see, Fred, from the pictures that it's clear that this vehicle ran into a parade crowd. This is the Oklahoma State University's homecoming parade. This was supposed to be a joyous event. The president of the university explaining just moments ago at this press conference what today is supposed to be about and what it turned into. Take a listen.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BURNS HARGIS, PRESIDENT, OKLAHOMA STATE UNIVERSITY: The Oklahoma State Homecoming Parade is probably one of the most wholesome, happy events in the country. And to have it fouled like this and these vehicles is a terrible tragedy. We reach out and embrace the victims and their families.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GANIM: The university saying that it has decided to go ahead with this game anyway today. They said that they went back and forth on whether or not they should play today, but ultimately decided they should play and also honor the victims.

Important to note, this investigation could take several days before we know exactly what happened. The crash reconstruction team expected to be on the scene for a while. And police are asking for witnesses. They're asking people to come forward not just with their stories of what they saw, but also anyone that has video of what might have happened. Police emphasizing it's important to their investigation to be able to see exactly how this happened, Fred.

FREDRICKA WHITFIELD, CNN ANCHOR: So Sara, you mentioned the driver, a 25-year-old, and it's believed that this may have been drunk driving. Was there another passenger in the vehicle?

GANIM: You know, police did not mention anything about another passenger. But that's something that will be a part of the investigation, Fred. And, you know, as you said, 25-year-old driver who is now in jail is, you know, under investigation. Police obviously as part of the investigation will be questioning her, talking about those details.

Four people in all died in that crash including this 2-year-old little boy named Nash Lucas.

Our Nick Valencia joining me now with much more on this. And you've also obtained some new video that gives you -- people a different perspective of what happened.

NICK VALENCIA, CNN CORRESPONDENT: They're going through so much that what an emotional press conference to listen to. That family member apologizing for his appearance, saying he's been wearing the same clothes for the last 24 hours. It's been a very difficult 24 hours for those at Stillwater, Oklahoma.

And it was just a few hours ago, as Fredricka was saying, that we obtained new cell phone video from one of the spectators in that parade. It shows the moment the 25-year-old Adacia Chambers barrelled through an unmanned police motorcycle and continued on into a very packed crowd.

Go home, old man.
Make your prayers and make your wishes.
Luis is right.
You'll do no good here.
You never been drunk, mr.
Sheriff? You never felt such misery rising in you that salvation seemed to look at you from only out of a bottle? You never felt pain? Such pain that you had to ride through the night and not look behind you? My son was hungry and he felt such pain and he drank too much.
He rode down the street not looking, not seeing.
And he had a sadness deep inside.
Sadness that there was not enough to eat sadness that he had no work sadness the earth all around him was growing barren in the sun.
He did not see the little girl.
He never saw her for an instant.

I’m looking at the area in Oklahoma where I “remember” Joseph Wayne Burgess lived. It must be important and that is why I am examining it, but I don’t see anything new and groundbreaking in terms of regaining the past. Some of the town names that seem familiar associated with him are Perry, Stillwater, and Morrison, which is where I think he was buried in 1985. I see that Highways 51 and 177 run through Stillwater. Morrison and Perry seem to be in Noble county and Stillwater seems to be in Payne county.

Something tells me there is something there to find but I can’t figure out what it is. Something important.

Just before waking up, I had a dream where I was looking at a U.S. Marshals Service official webpage that had Kerry Burgess listed on it as a U.S. Marshal. The social security number was correct, as I remember it, but the birth place was listed as 'Stillwater.' I cannot remember if I could visualize the state Stillwater was in but I awoke assuming that it is in Oklahoma. I remember thinking about that a few days ago during the last "NCIS" episode because that is where Mark Harmon's character was from, but in the state of Pennsylvania. I cannot remember for certain, but I think Wayne Burgess's address before he died was Stillwater, OK, or maybe that was one of his last addresses. I think he actually lived in Perry, OK but I'm not certain. I haven't looked it up since I've been thinking of it recently but I think those towns are all close together in Oklahoma.

Night of the Comet (1984)

[ Narrator: ] Since before recorded time... it had swung through the universe in an elliptical orbit so large ... that its very existence remained a secret of time and space. But now, in the last few years of the 20th century, the visitor was returning. The citizens of Earth would get an extra Christmas present this year,... as their planet orbited through the tail of the comet. Scientists predicted a light show of stellar proportions, something not seen on Earth for 65 million years. Indeed, not since the time... that the dinosaurs disappeared, virtually overnight. There were a few who saw this as more than just a coincidence, but most didn't..
