I have also sent this description of a criminal conspiracy and evidence of an insurrection against the United States of America to the fbise@leo.gov email address, as well as to U.S. Senator Patty Murray's website, as a courtesy to the Senator. I will address any further questions the FBI has after I have been signaled by the U.S. Navy to return to base.
About 10 years ago, I underwent a medical process to suppress my memories so I could work undercover with an official United States federal covert identity. I was left with some kind of source amnesia condition that is now fading away and I am becoming slowly consciously aware of my real identity. I cannot return home until my official United States federal assignment is completed. The objective of the official United States operation, I am part of, is to prosecute an insurrection against the United States of America that has been instigated by Microsoft Corporation. The public officials in King County, Washington, are providing material support to that insurrection against the United States.
There is a line that you in the FBI will see that determines whether you are supporting an insurrection against the United States of America or whether you are not providing material support to that insurrection against the U.S.
The insurrection against the United States of America is related to the work of pirates engaged in hijacking my true identity, of which there is tremendous commercial value. The activity to pirate my identity, as well as the insurrection activities against the United States of America, is being led by Microsoft and Corbis corporations, and they have corrupted numerous public officials in Washington State, New York state, as well as the United States federal government and other state governments.
Before my memories were suppressed in mid-1998 through some form of medical process, I created an artificial identity as part of my official United States federal undercover assignment. Within that artificial identity, known as Kerry Wayne Burgess, are clues about my real identity. For example, the U.S. military DD-214 form I got from the national personnel records center a couple years ago indicates that my primary specialty was 1189. I created that because my true U.S. Navy billet number was 1130, which is 1189 minus 59. The billet number 1130 is for a regular commissioned U.S. Navy officer with U.S. Navy SEAL qualification. My AQD code is QE1. The mailing address on that form, which was Thedia Newman Draper's address, is at the intersection of Highway 59 and Constitution Avenue. Other clues I have left over the years that went unheeded have only served to establish hostile intent against this U.S. Navy officer.
The rank is listed as E-5 because I was actually a U.S. Navy Commander, or O-5, at the time my undercover operation, as part of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) began. That is why my mother's name, as part of my official United States federal undercover identity, is Thedia Newman. I was later promoted to U.S. Navy Captain, which is the rank I still hold. I have been selected for the Admiral ranks but I won't assume that new rank until I am brought out of deep cover.
I began working with my official United States federal undercover identity at Microsoft Corporation on 12/7/1998. All details associated with my employment at Microsoft Corporation during that period were arranged by Microsoft Corporation. They approached me to work for them, they scheduled my flights to interview, they scheduled every detail about transporting me from South Carolina to Washington State in relation to my employment at Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft Corporation approached me about working for the company sometime after my real memories had been suppressed and I found myself needing employment so I took their offer of employment.
The clue to look for in all this is the pattern regarding certain dates and numerical sequences that identify my true identity. This all is an artistic device that I created to identify my work and it is that identifier, or seal, that is being pirated. While I don't consciously remember this, but I recognize that my mother was an American while my father is from London. I believe that I was born in Hawaii on 3/3/1959, which was 3/4/1959 in London. From that, I had devised an artistic device to identify my work that uses certain numerical sequences as '334,' '33-34,' '33-59,' '34-59,' '3-59,' '59-3,' as well as the numerical sequence of '3-3-3,' which has something to do with setting a record. I have created music records as well set records in my endeavors and I use that numerical sequence to identify my work. There are others, such as 4-4-1-3, that identifies my wife, as that is a numerical sequence that describes our age difference. I don't consciously remember my wife yet, but I believe her name is Phoebe and that her birthday is 7/16/1963.

I read on the internet there were 4 aircraft hijacked on 9/11 and I see a pattern related to the pirating of my identity in all 4. The number '4' is relevant itself because I am the 4th oldest of 5 brothers and also the 4th oldest of 7 paternal siblings.
Of those 4 hijacked airliners, Flight 11 presents a '334' in the registration number. The flight 175 had a registration number of N612UA, which presents a reference to my Microsoft employee number of 75612, which was assigned to me on 12/7/1998. Flight 93 had a registration number of N591UA, which is similar to a '1-59' or '59-1' artistic device I have noticed before. The pilot of Flight 77 was 3459 days older than me and also a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and that was the aircraft that crashed into the Pentagon.
The murdered pilot of Flight 77 that went into the Pentagon was 3459 days older than I am and is most certainly the reason his aircraft was hijacked by the Microsoft-Corbis-sponsored insurgents. The terrorist who took over the flight also presents a connection to me, according to information on the internet. According to information on the internet, Hani Saleh Hanjour, the terrorist who hijacked the flight and killed the pilot was 13 years, 5 months, 9 days, younger than me, which forms a familiar artistic device I use of 1-359 to identify my work.
Among the suspicious activity of George W. Bush on 9/11/2001, was his comments about a "terrible pilot" as well as reading "The Pet Goat" at the time of the 9/11/2001 attacks on New York and the Pentagon. The goat, specifically Bill The Goat, is the mascot of the U.S. Naval Academy, and I recognize that I graduated from there with the Class of 1982, although I do not consciously remember that. George W. Bush, a national traitor from well before 2001, also made suspicious comments, according to my sources on the internet, about how he saw the first plane strike the World Trade Center on live television, but yet those sources also indicated that the first strike was not televised live. I have a great deal of experience as an aviator with the United States military.

That was just about the time I went into Microsoft the first time to establish probable cause. On the day of Bill Gates 40th birthday, 10/28/1995, Monica Lewinsky was 8132 days old. I was 8132 days old on 6/7/1981, the date of the strike on the unfinished nuclear reactor near Baghdad. Her relationship with President allegedly began a few weeks after that point when she was 8132 days old and I believe Bill Gates sent her in to set him up because law enforcement was investigating terrorist activity at Microsoft. I believe Bill Gates recruited her for that criminal endeavor because she had been 35 months, 9 days, old on 7/2/1976, and that particular historical but secret detail is what got her into the White House.
I believe that President Clinton was following the instructions of my investigative team in all his public comments on this topic. Around the time that affair allegedly was going on in the Oval Office, I was working undercover at Microsoft on a 6 month assignment to establish probable cause of a Microsoft-Corbis-sponsored insurrection against the United States of America.
The postal code for the college Monica Lewinsky attended presents a clue similar to other work I have created as part of my family business.

I believe Ramon was murdered, along with the rest of the space shuttle Columbia crew, as part of this insurrection against America, sponsored by Microsoft-Corbis. I have found convincing clues that the shuttle Challenger astronauts were murdered for the same reason. I can't consciously remember any of this, but I believe I was a Prisoner of War in Libya about 2 weeks after the Challenger exploded and it was because I had been lured into a trap. I noted that Ilan Ramon's age at the time of the Osirak strike was within 4 days of my age on 2/14/1986 and I have found clues suggesting I was shot down by anti-aircraft fire somewhere in Africa on that day. I was POW until 4/14/1986 when the prison I was being held at was bombed by the U.S. Navy. I escaped into the desert and after over a year of traveling down the continent of Africa, I returned to U.S. territory, possibly in Nairobi, Kenya. I don't remember any of that in the conventional sense but I think I have dreams about it all sometime and that I don't understand what those dreams mean. My thoughts also consistently suggest that I completed my escape on 5/13/1987 and then I was on the USS Stark FFG-31 when it was hit by ant-ship missiles on 5/17/1987, also an attempt on my life. I believe the Stark was transporting me to Bahrain for medical treatment and someone got the idea to put me on that ship of the symbolic value of "Iron Man" where there is a comic book character of the same name.
I am quite certain that this guy, as well as Rudy Guliani, are active members of the insurrection against the United States of America. Bernard Kerik is 3 years, 5.9 months, older than I am, forming a '3-59' device that I recognize.

I don't think it is a coincidence that the New Jersey was the first of those 4 battleships to be brought into active duty and it was because I earned my first college degree from Princeton University in New Jersey. It makes sense that this ship was re-commissioned to connection with my graduation from another college, which in this case was the U.S. Naval Academy.

The USS Philippine Sea CG 58 was commissioned on 3/3/1989, my 30th birthday, and my thoughts suggest that is because Philip is my father and grandfather's name.

That commissioning date is as close as it could get to a day when I was 335.9 months old. It is only off by 2 days, which is within the day-of-week scheduling constraint that is part of the scheduling device I use for such connections.

I also have a long history of aviation with the F-16 Falcon fighter jet. The notion of this ship as a minesweeper also reminds me of thoughts I have that I towed away other anti-ship mines that were floating near the USS Samuel B. Roberts when it struck a mine - or was possibly hit by a torpedo - on 4/14/1988. My thoughts suggest I earned another Medal of Honor that day for my actions in towing away those anti-ship mines from the vicinity of the FFG-58. As part of the medical process almost a decade ago to suppress my true memories, I believe I had artificial and symbolic memories implanted into my mind and I have artificial and symbolic memories that support all of these details I have described, such as towing away the other anti-ship mines from near the FFG-58. My memories are really nothing more than a script I wrote and then read at some point later in the medical process. My artificial and symbolic memories were created as I read the script and then visualized the details I was reading. That is all reinforced by a form of meditation I have practiced for most of my life. My true memories probably won't resurface to conscious awareness until a person I know speaks my true name. I don't know who is that person and it is probably a highly guarded secret as part of this official United States federal investigation into an insurrection against the United States of America.
So get off your lazy, incompetent asses and start prosecuting these racketeers. I have voluntarily had my mind scrambled and have had to spend almost a decade away from a great wife and family for no reason other than because of the greedy, murderous mob that wants to pirate my identity.
