The U.S. Navy USS Port Royal CG-73 was commissioned the day after the launch of space shuttle flight STS-65, which makes me think of Oxford and Princeton, respectively. The pilot of STS-73 was 5 days, 873 weeks, old on 5/6/1973, where that forms the sequence 5-8-7-3 on 5/6/1973.

HMS Arrow (F173) was a Type 21 frigate of the Royal Navy. She was completed with Exocet launchers in 'B' position.

Arrow participated in the Falklands War, where on 4 May 1982 she assisted in extinguishing the fires and evacuating the crew of the Type 42 destroyer Sheffield, which had been struck by an Exocet missile. Arrow also helped extinguish the fires on the Whitby-class frigate Plymouth, on 8 June 1982.

An arrow is a pointed projectile that is shot with a bow. It predates recorded history and is common to most cultures.

Did I graduate from University of Oxford on 5/6/1973? I have been thinking for a long time that it was 1973 when I graduated from there. I wasn't sure of the date though. My thoughts suggest I earned a law degree from there, after receiving a doctorate in computer science from Princeton University a few year earlier.

I have often thought that Nancy Travis resembled Bobbilynn Townsend, a girlfriend of mine from my artificial and symbolic memory that I liked a lot, and that represents my wife. I know I have seen this movie, but I don't remember when, although I am quite certain I have not seen it in the past 10 years.

Internal Affairs is a 1990 crime thriller movie set in Los Angeles about the police department's Internal Affairs Division.

Richard Gere plays Dennis Peck, a suave womanizer, clever manipulator and crooked cop who uses his fellow officers as pawns for his own nefarious purposes while showing a tender side as a devoted father.

Andy GarcĂa plays Raymond Avilla, the internal affairs agent obsessed in catching Peck when he suspects that Peck is not the poster boy police officer that the precinct has made him out to be.

William Baldwin is Peck's crooked partner. He was the reason internal affairs was first onto his and Peck's case.
