Kerry Burgess, now known as Wayne Newman for official duty, especially because of these Charlie Sheen asshole's, was attending the basic training for United States Marshals during that year and this is about one day of training.
The training evolution was similar to a football tackle practice run and there was one of the US Marshals academy instructors who was very big and the US Marshals in training had to each try alone to tackle him, which was basically impossible because of his size. A friend told me, in context of my artificial knowledge about this training event, to not try anything fancy when trying to tackle the instructor, such as waiting for him to pass by and then trip up his feet, but the point of the exercise was simply to get hit and that was a good indicator of a good Deputy US Marshal. So in the context of my the artificial knowledge in my mind about this training evolution, that very large instructor knocked me squarely onto the ground but I ran full speed into him and I might not have stopped him but he didn't take anymore hits from anyone else that day. I think he dropped to his knees after I hit him but then got back on his feet. I was knocked down and after a moment got back up on my feet and that was a really hard hit for me.
