Michael DeWayne Brown (born November 8, 1954) was Undersecretary of Emergency Preparedness and Response (EP&R), a division of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), a position generally referred to as the director or administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). He was appointed in January 2003 by President George W. Bush and resigned September 2005 following his controversial handling of the devastation wrought by Hurricane Katrina. He subsequently became a vocal critic of the Bush Administration.
After Bush entered office in January 2001, Brown joined FEMA as General Counsel. He was the first person hired by his long-time friend, then-FEMA director Joe Allbaugh[11], who also ran Bush's election campaign in 2000. Allbaugh later named Brown his acting deputy director in September 2001. President Bush formally nominated him as deputy director on March 22, 2002, and the Senate confirmed him many months later. Soon thereafter Allbaugh left government and President Bush nominated Brown again in January 2003 for the directorship[12]. Brown was sworn in to his position on April 15, 2003.
On September 12, 2005, in the wake of what was widely believed to be feckless handling of the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and facing allegations that he had falsified portions of his résumé, Brown resigned, saying that it was "in the best interest of the agency and best interest of the president." [15]. His credibility with the public was further shaken when it emerged that he had had no emergency management experience before joining FEMA. The Boston Herald revealed that Brown had previously spent 11 years overseeing horse trial judges and stewards for the Arabian Horse Association, and that the Association had asked him to resign.

I believe this clue, though, is a valid clue to associate my identity with the USS Lassen DDG-82.
I assume the U.S. Navy asked me if I wanted to associate my identity with the USS Lassen DDG-82 and I made the proper calculations for the commissioning date before I left on this deployment.
Based on the age of Joseph Wayne Burgess, my father in my artificial and symbolic memory, who was buried in Morrison Cemetery in Noble County, Oklahoma, I assume that I began my official federal undercover identity on 6/28/1998. My real memories are suppressed and fragmented so I am at a severe disadvantage in all this.

I recognize 3/15/1998 as when I left home on this deployment but it could be that 3/15/1998 was the last full day my wife and I spent together and then I left on the morning of 3/16/1998 to begin this deployment. From there, I began the medical process that has left my real memory suppressed from conscious awareness, in support of this effort to prosecute the insurrectionists that are in control of King County, Washington, among other places. The insurgents are pointing back to 3/16/1998, as a way to taunt us that they can hijack my identity and get thousands of Americans killed in the process just because he can.

Steven Anthony Ballmer (born March 24, 1956 in Detroit, Michigan) is an American businessman and has been the chief executive officer of Microsoft Corporation since January 2000.
After graduating from Harvard with degrees in mathematics and economics, Ballmer worked for two years at Procter & Gamble as an assistant product manager before enrolling in Stanford Graduate School of Business to get a Master of Business Administration degree. He dropped out of Stanford a year later when Bill Gates persuaded him to work at Microsoft. Ballmer became Microsoft's 24th employee on June 11, 1980, the first business manager hired by Gates.
