On the road again
Well, they are kicking me out this place in a couple weeks so I guess that settles that. Something about me not having the kind of problems a typical resident would have and I have to have the kind of problems they know how to find solutions for.
Maybe tomorrow is the day I get some answers. I still can't understand why no one has responded to me. I always tell people what I know and what I don't know when they ask me a question. With all the weird stuff going on around me these past few years, I can only conclude that they will not respond because they have something to hide.

She gave me a hammer. That is what I was trying to remember from a series of vivid “foreign dreams” from last night. I was talking to Nancy Reagan and she gave me a hammer. I already had a compass she had given me an earlier time. She said something about tomorrow morning, but I was left with a sense I wasn’t going home the next morning. I can’t begin to describe the visual imagery I still have in my mind from that dreams. In one, there was a long, detailed conversation when I was undercover against a drug dealer. I can’t remember everything he said, but as he put about 20 bullets through my windshield as I ducked for cover under the dashboard, he was saying something about me being a hit man. A uniformed police officer killed him soon after he arrived on the scene with some other people that were there for a picnic at the lake we were nearby. I didn’t want them to know I was undercover. In another sequence, I must have been in Russia and I was trying to drive past a government checkpoint. The conversation switched back in forth between Russian and English and I heard myself speaking in Russian effortlessly but I don’t know what I was saying.

Dear Senator Murray,
I got that impression one day when I was in Spokane. I was watching CNN or something one day and I saw Bush making some comments about something. I commented out loud to myself that he looked terrified or something like that. For a while after that, the reporters were talking about how his press conferences were not going to be televised. I suspect, strongly, that I have been secretly monitored in the places I live and they have been listening to every sound I make. For some reason, Bush has an interest in what I say to myself and when I commented about him looking scared they decided he shouldn’t be seen for awhile until he could get control of himself. They wouldn’t want to embolden the terrorists by showing that he was getting rattled by it all. So maybe it isn’t the government that has been spying on me, it is some kind of stalker that is reporting the information they collect to websites. And maybe Bush knows who I am because he is tied into those gay websites too like Jim West and that is how he knows about me. I have some other evidence to support my theory, but needless to say he isn’t going to risk being outed like West was.

The experiment to advance him to a higher evolutionary plane in man's distant future involves sitting in a closed booth (picture a cubicle with a smaller version of a garage door - window near the top, and a built in bench), as Prof. Mathers flips on some lights on a console and then pushes a big lever toward the upper end reading Forward to begin the process. Moments later, Gwyllm comes out with darker hair that is receding from his enlarged forehead. He also has somewhat of a stub of a sixth finger on either hand. We in the audience also notice, seemingly before the professor does, that Gwyllm can also now read his thoughts. The next parts of the episode have to do with Gwyllm's ever-increasing advancement to higher levels of human evolution. At some point he learns, from reading the professor's mind, that Mathers had worked on the development of the atomic bomb and that his reason for the genetic experiment was to assuage his guilt by advancing his dream of a human race free from war. Gwyllm stays hidden from everyone except the professor (and the ape) for obvious reasons.

Executive Order 12139 - Foreign Intelligence Electronic Surveillance
May 23, 1979
By the authority vested in me as President by Sections 102 and 104 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 (50 U.S.C. 1802 and 1804), in order to provide as set forth in that Act for the authorization of electronic surveillance for foreign intelligence purposes, it is hereby ordered as follows:
1-101. Pursuant to Section 102(a) (1) of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 (50 U.S.C. 1802(a) ), the Attorney General is authorized to approve electronic surveillance to acquire foreign intelligence information without a court order, but only if the Attorney General makes the certifications required by that Section.
1-102. Pursuant to Section 102(b) of the Foreign Intelligence Act of 1978 (50 U.S.C. 1802 (b)), the Attorney General is authorized to approve applications to the court having jurisdiction under Section 103 of that Act to obtain orders for electronic surveillance for the purpose of obtaining foreign intelligence information.
1-103. Pursuant to Section 104(a) (7) of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 (50 U.S.C. 1804(a) (7)), the following officials, each of whom is employed in the area of national security or defense, is designated to make the certifications required by Section 104 (a) (7) of the Act in support of applications to conduct electronic surveillance:
(a) Secretary of State.
(b) Secretary of Defense.
(c) Director of Central Intelligence.
(d) Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
(e) Deputy Secretary of State.
(f) Deputy Secretary of Defense.
(g) Deputy Director of Central Intelligence.
None of the above officials, nor anyone officially acting in that capacity, may exercise the authority to make the above certifications, unless that official has been appointed by the President with the advice and consent of the Senate.
1-104. Section 2-202 of Executive Order No. 12036 is amended by inserting the following at the end of that section: "Any electronic surveillance, as defined in the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978, shall be conducted in accordance with that Act as well as this Order.".
1-105. Section 2-203 of Executive Order No. 12036 is amended by inserting the following at the end of that section: "Any monitoring which constitutes electronic surveillance as defined in the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 shall be conducted in accordance with that Act as well as this Order."

SNAPSHOT Launch Operations
SNAP 10A, the first space nuclear reactor power system, was launched and brought to full power on April 3, 1965. The unit consists of a compact reactor, cooled by a liquid metal and coupled to a thermoelectric conversion system. The reactor uses a fully enriched uranium-zirconium hydride material as the combined fuelmoderator and beryllium as the reflector. The demonstration of one primary SNAPSHOT objective - verifying the safe and routine, transport, test and launch of a nuclear system, culminated in the launch at Vandenberg Air Force Base. Launch preparations began with the establishment of generalized procedures for the factory-to-flight sequence. A safety analysis followed, resulting in development of safety devices, administrative controls and emergency procedures. Training of the crew and the validation of the support equipment was accomplished by handling and testing usage in the operations at Atomics International.
