Working on something else, this caught my attention. Something I observed recently makes me think about the part where he was actually used as a defense witness for the Nazi's even though he had been actively working to eliminate the Nazi's.
These Nazi's here in King County Washington and their minions that infest the Pentagon and the Dept. of Justice and US NASA want to do something similar in an effort to avoid their rightful prosecution for their criminal activity against the United States federal government.
They know they can never get to call Tom Reagan as a witness for their defense for their rightful prosecution but Deputy US Marshal Kerry Burgess could be a different story.

Wing Commander Forest Frederick Edward Yeo-Thomas, GC, MC & Bar, Croix de guerre (with palms), Commandeur of the Légion d'honneur, (17 June 1902 - 26 February 1964) was the British Special Operations Executive (SOE) agent codenamed "The White Rabbit" during World War II. His particular sphere of operations was Occupied and Vichy France.
After the war
After the war, Yeo-Thomas was to be an important witness at the Nuremberg War Trials in the identification of Buchenwald officials. He was a key prosecution witness at the Buchenwald Trial held at Dachau Concentration Camp between April and August 1947. At this trial, 31 members of the Buchenwald staff were convicted of war crimes. He was also a surprise defence witness in the war crimes trial of Otto Skorzeny, particularly on the charge of Skorzeny's improper use of American uniforms in infiltrating American lines. Yeo-Thomas testified that he had himself worn German uniforms behind enemy lines while working for the SOE.
