You might be a time traveler too. At least, at some point in the future relative to this present day. Technically, I am not yet myself a time traveler, or so I assume, because my memory has been radically altered at some point over a decade ago, but I believe I have instincts that are the product of my excursions as a time traveler and I further assume that even if I have not yet time traveled then by the very fact that I will time travel sometime in the future relative to this present day I have an intrinsic ability to become aware of certain details as a result of being a time traveler in the future.
As I found myself shaping a future blog post report based on this image I found myself wondering why that image is compelling to me. In the future blog post report I explain why that image is important to me, in terms of the details I use to illustrate that importance, but why that image?
My theory, and a theory that is new to my conscious awareness is that she might be a time traveler in the future. There are people who are going to travel by means similar to the literary vehicles of a time portal but those people are not actually time traveling.
What this reminds me of is something I was thinking about the other day. There was a time early 2006 when a fellow resident of that homeless shelter I was in, that I referred to as the Pioneer Square gulag, started talking to me and he brought up the topic of time travel and was trying to talk to me about it. We were sitting in the television room of that homeless shelter and I think we were the only two people in there in that room where I was often agitated because I felt as though there were hidden microphones in there and that was how the people on the live television news broadcast knew what I was saying as I was cursing at them for being idiots as I sat there by myself in the early morning watching the television news. So anyway, this one guy started trying to talk to me about time travel one day in the year 2006 and I think that was the first half of 2006 but as I write this I am less certain if that was before 9 May 2006 or after that day. He was comparing time machines to something similar to a microwave oven and I thought later that he was deliberately trying to get me to describe what a time machine really was, instead of his allusion about a machine that saved a person time, but I was reluctant to discuss the topic with him, although I had several detailed discussions with him on other topics.
So I what I think now is that I would - I should - know if there are other people who are - will be - time travelers and my definition of time traveler should be fairly well defined by now in the past month or so. One example is that for a time traveler, the definition of 'tomorrow' could be a day that was 59 days ago.
The other detail to note here is that I took my journal back with me and I have been thinking seriously today that consequences of such an action and of how my mind must be affected by the paradox that would be produced if I did not post a blog report that is in the journal that I gave to those people in the past and that is still somewhere in the possession of those people. I have been thinking, especially as I look at this image, that this image is in that journal I gave to this people in the past and that it is referenced as I now reference it and it is referenced later when I complete that report. So the really interesting part about all this is about the details that are not available to those people in the past. For example, they see the reference but I did not take the image back with me. So why did I refer to that image? They wouldn't know until they saw the image and then it would be obvious.
