GRANGER: Can I help you?
WOMAN: Assistant Director Owen Granger. Special Investigator Wallace, Department of Justice. This is an order from the executive branch for a forensic audit of this facility and all employees.

[He hangs up; hands Nell the order]
GRANGER: Send a copy to the director's office and CC the secretary of the Navy right away.

WALLACE: Everything in order, Assistant Director?
GRANGER: Since when did the Department of Justice become a pawn for Thomas's personal agenda?
WALLACE: It's a joint investigation.
GRANGER: Okay, so you scratch his back, and he flays ours.
WALLACE: My team will require adequate work space and something that provides privacy for interviews.
GRANGER: …Okay… Set them up in the gym.
NELL: Right this way, ma'am.

CALLEN: They pull her back to Washington so she's not here to stop them.
DEEKS: So, what are they looking for?
GRANGER: Ammunition to bring down Hetty. They need a sacrificial lamb. Once they break her, they'll come after the rest of us and this whole operation.
