I have memories of details about this disaster but I am not certain what is the source of those memories. As I was reading about it again just now, I was wondering if this was an air disaster that has been lingering in my mind for a long time but I am not certain if this is the one. Something has been lingering in my mind about a civilian passenger jet that was similar to the DC-10, or that was a DC-10, where the pilot was pulled from the nose section of the aircraft some time after the crash had occurred and no one had thought to look in that section, which had broken off from the rest of the aircraft. I think he was the only survivor in that section.

I have not had any similar aches and pains as this problem with my shoulder, which still lingers slightly, in a long time. The funny part about this is that in the days leading up to this observation, over the span of several hours during two days, as best I recall, I was experiencing an extensive line of thought about Kerry Burgess having returned. The real Kerry Burgess and not me pretending and lying about being Kerry Burgess and lying because I do not have any alternative except to maintain this identity and who can prove anyway that I am not Kerry Burgess?

Senator Murray,

I am writing again today with additional information from my message of February 8th. I think it is quite the coincidence that the judge presiding over the Microsoft antitrust proceedings and as well as the FISA court is the same person: Judge Kollar-Kelly. I have read many articles about her role in the antitrust proceedings and the articles left a favorable impression on me. But I think it is too much of a coincidence that while I am struggling to find out why I have completely lost my private life, I read articles about "Surveillance Court Is Seeking Answers." I must be mixed up in this somehow because I have certainly been wiretapped for a long time. But as I have made obvious to anyone listening, I am obviously not a terrorist and I certainly do not know any terrorists now or in the past. So why does this continue? Why am I living in some kind of echo chamber? When I began to notice that even George W. Bush was listening in to me in the privacy of my domicile is when I began to realize it wasn't just Microsoft spying on me and that would explain why I feel caught up in this FISA court/NSA fiasco. And I know for a fact that every single place I go, these wiretaps and secret surveillance people will follow. And everybody around me knows about it. Any place I go outside of this homeless shelter, there will be people in the shadows listening to my every sound. Any job I apply for, they will be under constant surveillance too and they know it. I have done nothing to deserve having my life wrecked like this.

Also, I wanted to give you an example of why I do not believe Microsoft is serious about software security. I heard a lot of this same stuff from my customers when I worked at Microsoft Premier Support. I believe the problem starts with Bill Gates and his strategies which I believe are a risk to national security because Microsoft products have infiltrated our society to such a great extent.

Some reports have identified executives at "major telecommunications companies" who chose to open their networks to the NSA. Because it may be illegal to divulge customer communications, though, not one has chosen to make its cooperation public.

Under federal law, any person or company who helps someone "intercept any wire, oral, or electronic communication"--unless specifically authorized by law--could face criminal charges. Even if cooperation is found to be legal, however, it could be embarrassing to acknowledge opening up customers' communications to a spy agency.

Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act (ICWPA)

About the ICWPA

The Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act (ICWPA) of 1998 provides a secure means for employees to report to Congress allegations regarding classified information.

The ICWPA is a statute that provides a process by which employees, or contractor employees, of the Defense Intelligence Agency, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, National Reconnaissance Office, and the National Security Agency can report matters of "urgent concern" to the intelligence committees of Congress. DoD IG Instruction 7050.11, dated 15 February 2007, implements the ICWPA within the DoD Office of Inspector General.

Despite the title of the ICWPA, this statute does not grant special statutory protection for intelligence community employees from reprisal for whistleblowing. All Federal employees are afforded protections against reprisal for engaging in certain protected activities, via other applicable Federal antidiscrimination or whistleblower protection laws.

ICWPA Complaints

In order to submit an ICWPA complaint the following elements must be met:

Eligible Originator: Only applies to employees (civilian, military or contractor) assigned to the four DoD intelligence agencies (DIA, NSA, NRO, and NGA). Does not apply to activities of the military services, combatant commands, or Office of Secretary of Defense.

On September 10, 1952, Captain Jesse Folmar of Marine Fighter Squadron VMF-312 destroyed a MiG-15 in aerial combat over the west coast of Korea. However, F4U pilots did not have many air-to-air encounters over Korea. Their primary mission was to support Allied ground units along the battlefront.
