That different apartment number Tia gave me in the email this morning is the same as I noticed when I was making an electronic payment to them about 6:30 PM yesterday. I assumed it was just an initial mixup.

I prefer to have a top floor apartment but after almost 3 years in this rat trap with the squeaky floors under my feet, I was actually kind of looking forward to a 1st floor apartment.

Richard Nixon

XXXVII President of the United States: 1969 - 1974

220 - Letter to the Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee About National Security Investigations and Wiretaps.

July 15, 1974

YOUR letter of June 25 has been brought to my attention, and I welcome this opportunity to affirm my public statement of May 22, 1973, as quoted in your letter, and to add the following comments.

You appreciate, I am sure, the crucial importance of secrecy in negotiations with foreign countries. Without secret negotiations and essential confidentiality, the United States could not have secured a cease-fire in South Vietnam, opened relations with the People's Republic of China, or realized progress in our relations on the SALT negotiations with the Soviet Union.

The circumstances that led to my decision to direct the initiation of an investigative program in 1969 are described in detail in the May 22 statement. I ordered the use of the most effective investigative procedures possible, including wiretaps, to deal with certain critically important national security problems. Where supporting evidence was available, I personally directed the surveillance, including wiretapping, of certain specific individuals.

I am familiar with the testimony given by Secretary Kissinger before your Committee to the effect that he performed the function, at my request, of furnishing information about individuals within investigative categories that I established so that an appropriate and effective investigation could be conducted in each case. This testimony is entirely correct; and I wish to affirm categorically that Secretary Kissinger and others involved in various aspects of this investigation were operating under my specific authority and were carrying out my express orders.

Meanwhile, Season 4 of Fear the Walking Dead is now on Hulu. Hopefully, I can just watch the remaining episodes I haven't seen from after I cancelled my cable and none of it will turn into more work for me.

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Thu Mar 21 02:22:48 2019

Episode 11, The Code. That's the first of the season 4 episode of Fear The Walking Dead that I haven't seen yet. On Hulu now. Hopefully I can just watch a video and not have it turn into more work for me. It's all work. Every thing. Every damn where I turn.

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Thu Mar 21 04:37:00 2019

Same place? Know how I found it? From the year 2013, when I last drove a car, I drove a rental car from Seattle to Spokane. Been here ever since. I snapped a few photos along the way. I've posted online somewhere that entire collection from that day 9/26/2013.

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Thu Mar 21 04:37:02 2019

My image DSC00221.jpg is the first of the series of 4 and I see similar imagery on Google Streetview just before milepost 201. google-streetview_interstate-i-90_about-mile-200_1 google-streetview_interstate-i-90_mile-201_1

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Thu Mar 21 04:37:03 2019

My photo DSC00220.jpg records interstate I-90 exit 149 as I traveled east. 244 - 149 = 95 149 + 48 = 197 That's where I started looking. The timestamp of DSC00220.jpg is 4:13 PM DSC00221.jpg is 4:55 PM DSC00221, DSC00222, DSC00223, DSC00224.jpg cover a span of 2 minutes

DSC00224.jpg is included here. A mile marker is vaguely visible in the distance. An examination of the Google Streetview of a very similar location reveals mile post 202

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Thu Mar 21 04:37:10 2019

What's throwing me off is that my image DSC00224.jpg seems to show an overpass. I can't find anything like that on the current maps. Possible they destroyed it and made it into an overpass. But I don't know. This takes a lot of work to narrow down.

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Thu Mar 21 04:37:10 2019

I'm confident I have narrowed down to the approximate - if not precise - location over a span of 300 miles of interstate highway.

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Thu Mar 21 04:39:41 2019

Kerry Burgess, interstate I-90, 9/26/2013 DSC00221.jpg 4:55 PM Speed limit 70 mph

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Thu Mar 21 04:52:17 2019

Baffles the hell out of me. The image I post on Twitter will be downgraded. Wasn't that great to begin with. Now I'm obsessing over the fact that the underpass at mile 202 is of Damon and Koch. But beyond that sure appears to be an overpass

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Thu Mar 21 04:57:05 2019

I captured that image almost 16 years ago. The Google image is from September 2018. THERE IS an embankment structure there on Google Streetview that WOULD support the possibility of an overpass.

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Thu Mar 21 05:01:11 2019

Maybe that's a photo from my original Universe. It came with me when I was zapped into this Universe.

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Thu Mar 21 05:05:44 2019

That's got to be it. Towards the top of the hill, on the left-side of the image, that side road has the same feature in both images. If correct then that side-road is Koch Road.

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Thu Mar 21 05:32:16 2019

Fear the Walking Dead Episode 11 (first watched by me the night of 3/20/2019)

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Thu Mar 21 06:20:50 2019

So, the prevailing theory now is that my image must be from my original Universe. I just checked Google Streetview from August 2007. There's no overpass there at Mile 202. But there is still something valid about this exercise. And I am baffled by my photo

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Thu Mar 21 06:20:51 2019

Because I have such a good match on a photo from a couple minutes earlier. Traveling at 70 mph for two minutes significantly narrows down the location I captured the image. And I can find no overpass around there anywhere. My only explanation is it's from my original Macrocosm

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Thu Mar 21 06:45:03 2019

Here's the most compelling vantage so far. In this 2018 image, I can clearly identify 3 distinct details that match my image from 9/26/2013. There are two reflective items along with the mile marker, 202. google-streetview_interstate-i-90_mile-202_3.jpg

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Thu Mar 21 06:45:03 2019

The perspective is slightly different because the Google camera is mounted high above the vehicle, is my guess. But no overpass. That image of mine from 9/26/2013 shows clearly what I can only guess is an overpass above the interstate.

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Thu Mar 21 06:45:04 2019

I've searched over and over the Google satellite maps and I can find nothing similar in that area. I narrowed down the area because of the timestamps of my original photos.

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Thu Mar 21 06:51:33 2019

I passed Exit 149 at 4:13 PM 44 minutes later is when I was in the section that appears to have the overpass above the interstate I-90 at what I guess is Mile 202. There is no overpass in that area on the Google maps that I can find. If I had been traveling at 60 mph

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Thu Mar 21 06:51:33 2019

If traveling 60 mph then 44 minutes later I would have been about Mile 193. But I wasn't traveling 60 mph. I haven't confirmed this detail but I would guess the speed limit back then in 2013 was 70 mph, as it is in recent Google images I've examined today.

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Thu Mar 21 06:51:34 2019

So traveling around 70 mph then 44 minutes later I would have been beyond Mile 193. Not much beyond but still *beyond*. The area in question is Mile 202.

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Thu Mar 21 21:12:54 2019

Fear the Walking Dead is a CORPORATION funneling money to another CORPORATION. *** 100% *** of the CAUSE of my *discovery* is BECAUSE of that episode 11 "The Code". Only because of the action in that episode did I look closer at one of my photographs.

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Thu Mar 21 21:14:02 2019

I've explained my rational process for arriving at that point. HOWEVER I would possibility have NEVER examined closely that image IF NOT for that Fear the Walking Dead tv episode I watch last night for the first time.

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Thu Mar 21 21:15:15 2019

The ONLY REASON I examined closely that image was because I could see there was a mile marker sign in the image. I could not read the number on the sign and so I zoomed in on the image to try to read the mile marker number. That's when I noted the overpass.

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Thu Mar 21 21:15:57 2019

Then I began to wonder about the precise location where I captured that image, a fact that wasn't recorded by me at the time.

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Thu Mar 21 21:17:05 2019

So, after some work, I seemed to narrow down the location to Mile 202 on interstate I-90 in Washington State USA, an image captured by me personally on 9/26/2013, the most recent time I have traveled that area.

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Thu Mar 21 21:18:21 2019

The detail from Fear the Walking Dead is still valid. But it also seems designed to make me PERSONALLY look at those images. Closely examining my images I discovered what appears to be a bridge that seems to have never existed in reality.

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Thu Mar 21 21:36:29 2019

Fear the Walking Dead Episode 11 (first watched by me the night of 3/20/2019)

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Fri Mar 22 07:39:42 2019

In a Eureka moment, some person discovered The Horrible Truth. And that discovery was conveyed - taking a page out of my own book of cryptic postings - in that episode 11 of Fear the Walking Dead. There is another fact and that might be the reason they looked closer:

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Fri Mar 22 07:39:42 2019

Until Flickr carries through their promise to delete almost 40,000 of the image copies I have there, then for now the original resolution image DSC00224.jpg is available to any person who wants to look at it. So the possibility is that people, for some reason, examined it

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Fri Mar 22 07:39:43 2019

That was the same camera I used in another image I have intensely scrutinized. An image I captured on 11/19/2014 and then made many posts online about. Anybody reading about that might have become curious about my other work and looked closer at it, thus making the discovery

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Fri Mar 22 17:11:54 2019

I can see that similar "structure" in my image DSC00221.jpg The date stamp is 2 minutes earlier. I would have traveled about 2 miles in that amount of time.

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Fri Mar 22 17:15:01 2019

However, at mile marker 201 on the Google Streetview images, I can see in the distance the hill where Mile marker 203 is and that's the location of the overpass apparition.

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Fri Mar 22 17:18:19 2019

Even at mile marker 200 I can see that hill in the distance. So it's possible the ghostly overpass would appear in more than one of my images.

from my online journal as Kerry Burgess, Fri Mar 22 17:23:53 2019

And there's something else. On the right-hand side there appears to be a lamp-post, typical of a highway overpass. An optical illusion wouldn't create that detail. The Google Streetview images show nothing similar at the location of my scrutiny.
