I was at the mine when they called a work stoppage. It was a Section 740, a "scientifically significant find." A 740 applies to any number of things found on Mars. A biological organism, an indication of water, things like that. After we dynamited the mountain, we discovered an entrance. It was a tunnel carved into the rock. it had been hidden underneath the outer walls for centuries... and someone other than man had carved it.
