I don't recall ever actually watching any episode from the 1988 television series "China Beach". But I remember it because of one reason: Dana Delany. What a beautiful woman. Most likely reason I never got married.
Oh, right. There was that very *brief* exception to my record.
The woman who was from that high school in the town of Central, South Carolina, and whose birthdate was July 16th.
In my journal I had been trying, still unsuccessful, to recall the year she was born. In the context of the allegations I'm making, probably doesn't really matter.
For a while, I have pondered over the possibility that she was another of Thomas Reagan's medical experiments, possibly even a surrogate mother. But more likely, artificial insemination, if anything. I maintain that Kevin Wayne Burgess is the biological offspring of Thomas Reagan. That began to seem more credible in my mind after I abandoned the belief that Thomas Reagan was the one who created me as a human cloned from him. Instead, I began to suspect that he found out about me only years later. Then he enlisted the help of Kevin's mother. Wayne Burgess was just an unsuspecting pawn in it all. Thedia went after him when the medical experimenters told her than the cloning implant procedure was a success. She made Wayne think he was the real father of Kerry Wayne Burgess, born 11/2/1965. He had been duped into marrying her months earlier.
I remember him and I started to wonder if he was aloof to me because he *knew* I was not biologically his son. He resented Thedia for duping him. Kevin's mother did the same thing, I have suspected, but if that was Thomas Reagan's work then he did it smarter than the first guys and whatever tipped off Wayne Burgess, who may have not been too bright in the first place, may not have caused him suspicion with Kevin Burgess. Gemma was her name, as I have mentioned several times, back in those bad old days in my blog when I feverishly banged away at my keyboard about the Project Gemini. Kevin's birthdate is the same day as the launch of Apollo 14.
I still have what I think are visual memories of when Wayne and Thedia were still married. We lived in Antlers Oklahoma near Homer (her step-father and his uncle) Burgess's farm in that old shack he had been using as a barn. Melissa was born then too, down in Hugo, and I believe Melissa is his biological daughter. Soon after, according to Thedia, Wayne dumped us in De Queen, Arkansas, a small town connected to Antlers on the main highway just across stateline and all those honky-tonk beer joints popular with rowdy types, because divorces were quicker. I don't recall if Wayne in the late 1960s was yet a freight-truck driver in Antlers but I clearly recall that in De Queen he was working for a trucking company that had a jackrabbit for its logo. Apparently, he met Gemma when she was a waitress at a truck-stop diner, got her knocked up, and around that time, not sure if before or after, he unceremoniously dumped us in De Queen. I can still find on the map that trailer the three of us briefly lived in there.
People are idiots. That includes you. People see what they want to see. Thomas Reagan was a super-genius. He would have solved a real problem by arranging to have Gemma produce the biological offspring of Thomas Reagan. Would explain any facial resemblance with Kevin and me. People, because you're idiots, don't understand anything about 'affect'.
As for the woman who ruined my perfect record of not making any pointless mistakes while a bachelor, I didn't even know about the year 1989 with her until not very long ago when Melissa found a photo of me. I wouldn't have guessed that detail on my own. I don't recall the precise birthdate of her daughter. I don't recall many specific details but I feel it's now a guess that she got knocked up in high school. I have no idea how the precise date of 07/19/1989 correlates with this. Would be funny if that's her daughter's birthdate, but I doubt that's it. I keep finding myself wanting to say it's in February.
Her first husband's last name was Crooks.
But as I've been saying, I feel more certain each passing day that wasn't actually me. Not really even sure if *I* was the person who was working as a full-time employee of Microsoft Corporation from 1998 to 2004. I think back to certain details that churn around in my conscious mind. I believe that *I* was the one who moved away to the Crossland in 2004 but maybe that even is an exception. I don't think I even existed in the real world until the year 2013. All this stuff in my conscious mind is the result of some sort of plan Thomas Reagan was working on for decades. Creating artificial memories for *me* - whoever *I* am - in this present day - a plan to create artificial memories for me during *my* existence now in this *present* day - as planned decades ago. Because of *now*. The point of the plan is because of *now*.

They seemed content to perch tranquilly on the river bank, and leave him bowed down by the weight of a great problem. He wanted it settled forthwith. He could not long bear such a load, he said. Sometimes his anger at the commanders reached an acute stage, and he grumbled about the camp like a veteran.

Alfred Joyce Kilmer (December 6, 1886 – July 30, 1918) was an American writer and poet mainly remembered for a short poem titled "Trees" (1913), which was published in the collection Trees and Other Poems in 1914. Death and burial
During the Second Battle of Marne there was heavy fighting throughout the last days of July 1918. On July 30, 1918, Kilmer volunteered to accompany Major "Wild Bill" Donovan (later, in World War II, the founder of the Office of Strategic Services, forerunner to the Central Intelligence Agency) when Donovan's battalion (1–165th Infantry) was sent to lead the day's attack.
During the course of the day, Kilmer led a scouting party to find the position of a German machine gun. When his comrades found him, some time later, they thought at first that he was peering over the edge of a little hill, where he had crawled for a better view. When he did not answer their call, they ran to him and found him dead. According to Father Francis P. Duffy: “A bullet had pierced his brain. His body was carried in and buried by the side of Ames. I wonder if I remember living in McAlester, OK,
We lived there while James Nevells was in the U.S. Marines and assigned to a nearby military base. We lived in base housing, which I think was just off base. I had a girlfriend named Stacy Graham, whose father was also in the Marines. I got in trouble one time for pouring a bucket of blue paint down a slide in a playground. We had a bicycle race through the neighborhood which I won. I remember Stacy and I watched Evel Knievel attempt to jump over the Snake River and I knew he wasn’t going to make as soon as he blasted off.

That was the second grade for me, I recall, when we moved to California from De Queen Arkansas.
Thedia's first re-marriage was to James Nevells. As I recall he had served in the United States Marine Corps and then began serving again after they married. I can recall us all living in that cul-de-sac house in De Queen Arkansas when I was getting ready to start first grade. That would have been the year 1972.
So I guess that would be the year 1973 we moved to California. If I recall correctly I started the second grade year there in Santa Ana. We moved there because James was assigned to a US Marine Corps base there which if I recall correctly was El Toro. I can recall walking through a parking lot there on base and there were a lot of cars in the parking lot and I asked my mother if those cars all belong to Marines who were sent to Vietnam. Maybe I asked her if those were the cars of all the Marines who weren't returning from Vietnam.

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. -- NASA's 'Ace Satellite Repair Co.' astronauts awakened Wednesday night ready to relaunch the Solar Max satellite that was rejuvenated by two spacewalking mechanics in Challenger's zero-gravity garage.
Challenger's five-man crew received a wake-up call from mission control in Houston at 10:58 p.m. EST, featuring an off-key rendition of 'Please Release Me,' sung by ground controllers.
