Six years this month I've been waiting here.
I've been away from South Carolina now I find myself wondering how well I remember the climate, compared to here.
I decided a long time ago this place would be my new home, the place I wanted to live out the rest of my life.
I love the winters here. Perhaps because I've never had to operate an automobile around here during winter.
But summer definitely seems to be over again.
Couple more months and we'll be seeing our first threat measurable snowfall again, piling up to an average accumulation of 4 feet before Spring-time rolls around again.
